Welcome to this quick meditation on success,
Happiness,
And wellness.
With the power of visualization,
Go ahead and get nice and comfortable if you're not already,
And just let yourself really land into the fullness of the now.
Beginning to deepen your awareness of the breath in whatever way feels good for you,
And giving yourself the touch point that if you start to think,
The mind starts to wander.
Just bringing your awareness back to the fullness,
To the beauty of the breath.
If you haven't already,
Make sure to close down those beautiful eyes.
Thank them for all they do for you,
All the things that you see.
And thank your body for all the ways that it moves your spirit through this life.
Consider this a few moments of pouring into yourself,
Letting the feet,
The ankles,
The legs become heavy and relaxed.
The trunk of the body,
The buttocks,
The neck,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The hands,
The fingertips,
Heavy and relaxed.
The top of the head,
The face,
The jaw.
And then zooming your awareness down the whole front of the body,
And back again.
Everything feeling heavy,
Supported,
And relaxed.
And waking up the awareness of your imagination.
First,
I want you to witness the most beautiful,
Beautiful flower.
Your favorite flower.
I want you to see every texture,
Color,
Scent,
See it all in the mind.
And now,
I want you to see yourself one year from today,
Today,
In your highest,
Most peaceful iteration.
I want you to see yourself holding that flower.
See yourself healthy,
However that looks and feels for you.
See yourself peaceful,
However that looks and feels for you.
See yourself abundant and prosperous,
However that looks and feels for you.
See yourself in healthy,
Thriving relationships and friendships.
See yourself in an iteration of your career,
Your business,
Thriving.
Whatever you can see,
And whatever you desire to go really well,
And to feel really full,
And really healing,
And really blessed.
See it first in the mind's eye.
Now,
Go ahead and scoot yourself forward in your awareness by 10 years.
Seeing yourself healthy,
Happy,
Successful,
And at peace.
I'm going to give you a moment just to utilize the power of your imagination to witness yourself 10 years,
Maybe 20,
Maybe 30 years into the future,
Experiencing peace,
Health,
Joy,
Wellness.
Rehearse it first in the mind.
And as you move through your timelines,
And you see situations as you would love them to be,
Take that beautiful flower with you.
Taking a big,
Beautiful,
Deep breath in,
And a big,
Beautiful,
Deep breath out.
And if it feels good for you,
I want you to wrap your arms around yourself,
Actually physically,
And just give yourself a big hug.
Holding yourself in the now,
In the fullness,
In the perfection of exactly where you are.
Even as you dream,
You visualize,
And you hold your visions for what you're creating in the future.
Knowing that whatever you've witnessed,
Whether it was really easy to visualize,
Or a little more challenging,
Visualization gets better and easier every time you practice.
Giving yourself a big hug,
Maybe kissing your arm,
Or giving yourself a kiss on the hand and the cheek.
Rubbing the palms and the feet together if you can,
Just creating a little heat in the body,
Bringing yourself back to the fullness of the moment.
