Take a nice deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Laying down,
Ready for sleep,
Filling up your cup,
Pouring into your dreams with the power of your visualization before you start another full,
Wonderful day.
Feeling yourself relaxed,
A beautiful weight between your body and the gravity of the earth.
Closing the eyes down if you haven't already.
Feeling the breath in your body,
The heartbeat of your healthy,
Wonderful heart that works so hard for you.
And just feeling yourself relax,
Letting go of the day,
But witnessing it just for a moment.
Thinking back to when you woke up this morning and witnessing the events of your day from more of an objective space.
Just as the witness,
No need to get caught in anything that occurred,
But rather just witnessing the movement of your soul in your beautiful,
Precious body.
Moving through your day,
Recounting any moments that felt really good,
Or maybe recounting any moments where you felt aware or present.
And just taking your consciousness through your day all the way up to this moment.
Releasing the judgment of the day and just being with your body,
With your being.
Maybe taking a sigh if that feels good.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Feeling your body become more and more relaxed,
More deeply held by your bed,
By the earth.
Feeling yourself held by a loving,
Benevolent presence that is the universe,
That is the life force that moves and animates you and everything around you.
Creating a moment to count in your mind 20 things that you are grateful for.
First begin with your health,
And then continue to count in your mind every single thing that you can think of to be grateful for.
I'll give you a moment to do this.
Wherever you are,
Taking a deep breath in,
Relaxing even deeper,
Deep breath out,
Letting any tension,
Any stress just go and feeling held,
Feeling weighted and relaxed.
Now tuning into your visualization just for a moment,
If you could gift the day that's in front of you after you get wonderful,
Nourishing night's sleep,
What would you see for tomorrow?
How do you want to feel when you wake up?
How do you want to treat your mind,
Your body,
Your soul throughout your day tomorrow?
What intentions or gratitudes can you bring to your day?
Again,
Visualizing in the mind the energy,
The love,
The intention that you'd like to bring to tomorrow after you get a wonderful,
Peaceful,
Nourishing night's sleep.

Before you go off to sleep,
Relaxing the feet,
The calves,
The quads,
The buttocks,
The whole trunk of the body,
Releasing any tension and just watching it melt,
Melt,
Melt.
And then to relax the spine,
The upper back,
The lower back,
The neck,
The top of the head,
Everything just relaxes,
Knowing you are safe,
You are well,
Everything is always working out for you.
