Healing The Chakras

Sit back and relax to this 15-minute guided meditation to heal your chakras. This practice is perfect anytime you’re feeling anxious or very simply — you’d like to give some love to the energy centers that power your entire existence. Miracles can occur in our lives when our chakras are healing and functioning at their fullest expression.

Find yourself in a nice seated or laying down position as we move through this brief, Beautiful meditation for healing the chakras. Let your eyes close down. Relax the shoulders. Relax the jaw. Let everything settle into this now moment. Take a deep breath in through an O-shaped mouth with me please. Eyes are closed. Hold the breath at the top. Exhale out like the wind deflate the belly. Deep breath in. Hold the breath at the top. Exhale let it go. Deep breath in. Hold the breath. Hold the breath. Feel the stillness. Exhale let it go. Deepest breath in you've ever taken in your entire life. Fill up all four corners, The lungs, The belly, The heart, Everything. Hold. Let it go. Settle in more deeply. You are safe. You are held. You are worthy. Your healing is inevitable. Your progress in this life is inevitable. Your joy, Your peace, Your love is inevitable. With the eyes closed, We are going to focus our attention at each one of the chakras as I move through them with you. And as we move through this guided experience, I want you just to keep your eyes closed. Let yourself breathe in and out. Keep the breath peaceful, Yet be aware of it. When you are met with a thought, Simply say thinking and come back to the breath. That's all. Let yourself be held. Focusing now at the root chakra, At the perineum, The very, Very bottom of the body between the genitals and the anus. Witness this bright red energy spinning open in a counterclockwise direction. Affirm. I am grounded. I am protected. I am one with the earth. I am grounded. I am protected. I am one with the earth. And out loud, Chant with me just three times, Lum. Lum. Lum. Lum. Now moving your awareness up to the sacral chakra, Just beneath the navel. Creative, Flowing, Sensual energy. I am creative. I am fluid. I am sensual. I am creative. I am fluid. I am sensual. I am creative. I am fluid. I am sensual. And with me out loud, Three times, Vam. Vam. Witnessing through chakra, Bright red spinning counterclockwise. Witnessing the sacral chakra, Bright beautiful orange spinning counterclockwise beneath the navel. Now bring your awareness up to the solar plexus at the abdomen, The inner sun, And witness this chakra spinning open a bright brilliant yellow spinning counterclockwise, Healthy expressed, Powerful, Energetic and fiery. I am powerful. I am energetic. I am energized. I am powerful. I am energetic. I am energized. I am powerful. I am energetic. I am energized. Chant with me three times, Ram. Ram. As you are grounded and rooted in the root chakra and sensual and expressed in the sacral and power and vital in the solar plexus, Move your awareness up now to the heart, To the heart space, The heart chakra, Your seat of joy, Compassion, And love. Witnessing the bright, Brilliant red of the root chakra, The sensual expressed orange of the sacral, The powerful, Energetic, And vital yellow of the solar plexus, The bright, Green beauty of the heart chakra spinning open in a counterclockwise direction. I am compassionate. I am loving. I am joyful. All things flow to us with ease and flow through us with ease, Even the most challenging of situations when this chakra is vital. So focus here for a moment. Really witness the vitality, The bright emerald green of this chakra. See it moving out from your body, Touching all beings, Igniting and opening their heart, Softening anything from your past that's seeking healing. Moving your awareness now to the throat chakra. Your voice is liberated and ignited. You feel free to express who you are. Your root chakra, A brilliant bright red, Sacral chakra, A brilliant bright orange, Solar plexus, A brilliant bright yellow, Heart chakra, A brilliant bright green, Throat chakra, A brilliant bright blue. Move your awareness now to the third eye. Between the eyebrows at the top of the nose, Feel into this energy center and spin open this chakra in a counterclockwise direction, Spinning it a beautiful deep purple. I am intuitive. I know. Moving your awareness now to the top of the head to the crown chakra. Seeing this open white brilliant light, All of the colors of the spectrum coming together. Now rest and be quiet and let the power of the work you've just done settle in and heal all of your chakras. Now slowly start to bring yourself to wiggling the fingers and the toes, Keeping the eyes closed, Being gentle and sacred with yourself.
