Let's take a deep breath in together.

Welcome to this time for yourself,
To this time to connect with yourself,
With the inner realm of peace and stillness.
No matter what is going on in the outside world,
There is always a place of stillness you can return to.
An eternal peace deep within you.
And I invite you to join me to go to that place today.
So get comfortable in a position that suits your body.
Wrap a blanket around you to keep warm and close your eyes or focus on a point slightly in front of you having your eyes half closed.
And just arrive.
Right here,
Right now.
Nothing to do and nowhere else to be.
Give yourself permission to relax.
And just focus on your in-breath.
Wherever you might feel it.
In your nose or your belly.
Just focus what the in-breath does,
How it feels like.
Feel the expansion that the in-breath brings.
And feel the release the out-breath brings.
A release of all that which no longer serves you.
A release of all the thoughts that can be parked until after the meditation.
Release them with every out-breath.
And try to make every out-breath a little longer than the previous one.
And a little longer than the in-breath.
Release them with every out-breath.
And now slowly scan your body from your nose.
And now slowly scan your body from head to toe.
See if you can find resistance or tension or what feels like a blockage.
And let it go.
Send your breath to that exact spot and with your breathing in to that tension you release it.
You resolve it and let it go with the outflow of the breath.
Just relax.

And if your attention wanders just bring it back.
Just bring it back to where you were before it wandered off.
And continue to relax the whole body.
Relax,
Relax,
Relax.

A relaxed body leads to a relaxed mind.
And that in turn allows us to go deeper within.
To a place of stillness and of peace.
Always accessible within us.
Always there.
Now move your attention to the area of your heart.
How does your heart feel right now?
Is it tender?
Is it tight?
Breathe into your heart.
Send it a loving embrace of breath.

And imagine how in turn the love of the heart sends an embrace to all of you.
A warm radiance of love to every part of your body.
Sending beautiful warm love to your head.
Down your arms,
To your fingertips,
Your chest,
Your back and your legs.
Filled with this beautiful love.
Beautiful warm.
Relax into that love.
Let it wash over your soul and throughout your whole body.
Relax into that love.
Relax into that love.
Feel the peacefulness of being in this love.

And feel its endlessness.
There is an endless amount of love,
Unlimited flow of love coming from your heart.
And felt all throughout your body.

And since there is so much love,
We can easily share it with others.
So imagine someone you love dearly standing right in front of you.
And sending her or him so much love.
Just see them,
Embraced by your love.

Now imagine one of your neighbors.
Maybe you know them well,
Maybe not.
Just see them in front of you and send them all of your love as well.

And now see our beautiful planet Earth right in front of you.
Beautiful blue dot.
The vastness of the universe.
And send it all of your love.
Embrace the whole Earth with your love.
Big embrace of love.
Embracing the Earth with all of your love.

And with a deep breath in.
Return your attention to your own body.
And feel that there is still so much love within you as well.
Soak it all up,
Bathe in it.
And breathe out freely.
