Welcome to this guided meditation.

I would invite you to notice your breathing.

You don't need to change a thing.

Everything about you is sacred.

Every jagged edge,

Every stilted breath,

Every mistake that you make,

All of it is sacred,

Held in love,

And there is enough love to surround.

There is nothing too big or too heavy.

There is more available.

There is no scorecard.

You cannot score or low,

Because there is no scorecard.

If you never relax,

Or if you become a pro at relaxing,

The end result is the same,

And that result is love.

Take a moment to consider the idea of appreciating whatever state your body is in.

If there is tension or tightness,

See the journey you have been on that has led you here.

There is no need to hurry,

To relax.

It's okay to be.

There is nothing to finish.

There is no goal.

Wherever you are,

You have arrived at the goal in this moment,

And in each future moment.

And in all of your past moments,

You have always been at the goal enough.

You don't need to do.
