Welcome to your mid-morning energizing moon,
A chance to upgrade our energy,
Focus and light up from the inside.
Let's begin by inhaling into your body and relaxing your shoulders and clenching your jaw and exhaling,
Allowing the morning air to leave you.
Let's inhale deeply again,
Relaxing your shoulders as you inhale,
Expanding the belly and exhaling out as you continue to take gentle belly breaths.
Shake your hands out to release any tension you might be holding this morning.
Continue to breathe slowly,
Shaking your fingers out,
Allowing any tension to leave you.
Settle your hands and bring your attention back to your inhale,
Imagining you're breathing in gratitude,
Love and peace with every inhale and as you exhale,
You exhale any tension and stress that isn't yours.
Inhaling feelings of gratitude,
Those high vibrational energies and exhale out any tension and stress you no longer need to hold onto,
Allow it to leave you.
As you continue to breathe in love and gratitude,
You also exhale out any stress.
As you continue breathing in love and gratitude and exhaling stress,
You can begin to feel all the cells in your body feeling rejuvenated,
Replenished and relaxed.
As you breathe slowly,
Tune in to what you can hear,
Smell,
Touch around you.
We are going to take a moment to ground ourselves.
On the next inhale and exhale,
Bring your attention to your feet and imagine roots are growing through your feet into the floor.
Continue to breathe deeply but as you do,
Imagine these roots grounding you into the floor,
Growing out through your feet into the floor.
And as they do,
Imagine that all the energy in your body starts to move down from the top of your head,
Down through your body,
Down your spine,
Down your torso,
Into your legs and further down to eventually flow through your feet into the ground.
As you sit here,
Feel how your body is feeling now,
Check in with yourself.
Do you feel more relaxed?
How does it feel to be grounded?
A bit calmer now?
