Wake your mind and body and ease into the day with this guided morning meditation. Set the tone for a peaceful and relaxing day by starting off with breathwork meant to energize your body. It's amazing how a great morning can carry on to the rest of your day.

To wake you up this morning with a movement move,

Let's take a deep breath.

Inhale into your body,

Feel your belly expand as your breath moves in and gently exhale.

Inhaling again into your lower body,

Feel the body expand and exhale slowly,

Allowing the air to gently leave.

Continue to breathe slowly,

Enjoying these energising cleansing breaths as you inhale and expand the belly as the air moves in and gently exhale.

While resting here,

Imagine there is a ball of white,

Bright light above your head and as you inhale,

You can imagine drawing this bright white light down.

It is now at the top of your head and as you inhale,

This bright white light draws down through your head and as you continue to breathe,

You can feel and see this white light now move into your chest,

Shoulders and as you breathe deeper,

It moves around your body,

Energising every cell along the way.

As you continue to breathe,

You can see this white light gathering below the belly button,

Your power centre.

As you breathe into the belly,

Feel this ball of white light get bigger and bigger.

As you breathe,

You can feel this white light,

It is pure energy,

The highest form of healing,

Energising energy to start your day with.

As you breathe deeper,

This light travels to your toes and out through your feet.

As you continue to inhale and exhale slowly,

This bright white light circulates your entire body and moves out through your feet.

As you continue to breathe,

Wiggle your toes and fingers and feel them awakening.

You are now inhaling this white light and exhaling white light so the space you are in is full of it.

Everything around you is the highest of energy to begin your day with.

Your inhaling white light and your exhaling white light.

You are setting yourself up for the day ahead with strength and vitality.

Continue to breathe normally,

Falling into a natural pattern.

As we take our last few breaths with this white light around us,

Let's smile.

Take in with your body,

Notice how you feel.
