Hello beautiful soul,

I'm Maya and today I'm inviting you to travel on a journey towards balance and groundedness.

Find a cozy spot where you won't be disturbed allowing yourself to settle in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes gently taking in a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Feel the weight of your body sinking into the surface beneath you.

Imagine roots like a tree extending from the base of your spine reaching down into the earth securing you in a warm embrace.

With each breath visualize these roots growing deeper grounding you in the present moment.

As you continue to breathe let go of any tension or worry.

Picture a soft golden light surrounding you creating a protective cocoon.

Allow this light to gently flow through your body bringing a sense of calmness and balance to every cell.

Now focus your attention on your breath.

Inhale deeply feeling the air expand your lungs and exhale slowly releasing any tension.

With each breath sense the harmonious dance between inhaling and exhaling like the ebb and flow of the ocean tide.

As you breathe become aware of the balance within you.

Picture a scale in your mind perfectly aligned.

On one side imagine the aspects of life that bring you joy,

Love,

And fulfillment.

On the other side place any challenges or stresses you may be facing.

Notice how the scale gently sways finding equilibrium.

Feel the warmth and stability of this balance.

Embrace the duality of life knowing that light and shadow coexist within you.

You are a resilient force.

You are capable of navigating the ebb and flow with grace.

Take a moment to express gratitude for the balance you've created within.

Acknowledge the strength and resilience that resides in your heart.

Know that you are grounded connected to the earth and capable of facing whatever comes your way.

In this state of balance and groundedness slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you're ready gently open your eyes.
