Having explored numerous countries at a young age, she has absorbed the sights, sounds, flavors, and sensations of the world. Currently, she is the Resident Yoga Teacher at BodyHoliday, a wellness resort in Saint Lucia. The yogini has collaborated with yoga studios, universities, womens’ groups, churches and nonprofits to share her insights on yoga, wellness, and self-sustainability. Through a series of traumatic events, she has developed the resilience to reprogram herself and preserve her mind, body, and soul. Mya is also a leader in the #TrapYoga movement fostering collective transformation through engaging group experiences. Guiding thousands of individuals towards mindfulness and holistic well-being, Mya is on a mission to inspire and guide people in their journey of self-preservation.
