You are now tuned in to the Trillist Meditation.
Take a moment to get settled and get ready for the journey ahead.
The path that we're taking is best traveled in a comfortable space.
So either sitting tall in a chair or on the ground with the spine straight.
Or laying flat on the ground or on your bed.
Find the position of your choice and prepare for the Niyogi experience.
The intention is to alter your vibration by acknowledging the essence of your being.
Everything is energy,
Including you.
You are the moon and the stars,
The sun and the sky.
You glow from the inside and emit light in extremely small quantities.
At levels that rise and fall in accordance with the day and the night.
So whether you're feeling high or low,
Energetic or tired,
Hot,
Happy or sad,
Or neutral,
Or content,
Satisfied.
I want you to draw your focus inward and acknowledge how your emotions are being manifested in the physical body.
Energy in motion is emotions.
And stagnant energy creates a lack of ease,
Which can manifest disease.
So you have to really focus on releasing and relaxing.
So your breath,
The life force energy,
Can heal what areas need healing.
Close your eyes if you will.
And be descriptive about your current experience.
What images,
Shapes,
And colors do you see?
Where are you holding the most tension in your body?
Is it your tight hips?
Belly?
Your shoulders?
Your neck?
Maybe your clenched jaw?
Or the tension in your head?
Now where is the body the most free and fluid?
What vibrations and sensations are you experiencing?
Now decide how you want to alter your energy at this moment.
You have all the power to shift your energy.
Total control.
None of the external factors can take that power away from you right now.
None of your worries matter right now.
You can come back to them.
I promise.
Increase your level of self-awareness by engaging and squeezing what area is the most tense.
Hold it like you've never intentionally held it before.
Squeeze.
Harden.
Engage those muscles.
Squeeze.
Now release and relax every muscle of the body.
Let everything soften.
Feel your body melt and surrender to this moment.
Allow yourself to be replenished with energy for your vitality.
Nothing you can ever experience in life,
No matter how bad,
Will ever be anything more than a bunch of thoughts.
And a few physical sensations.
Can you handle that?
I know you can.
Let's continue to explore.
Draw your awareness to your feet.
Take in a smooth breath in through the nose.
And envision the oxygen traveling through your blood.
And into your toes.
Your feet.
Your ankles.
Continue to breathe into the feet.
Allowing that healing energy to revitalize the feet that keep us in motion.
Start to invite a deeper awareness of self by noticing the sensations and vibrations that you experience while breathing through the rest of the body.
Through your shins and calves.
Imagine a wave of light pouring into your body.
Breathe through your knees,
Thighs,
And hips.
Through your belly,
Chest,
And back.
Through the shoulders,
Arms,
And hands.
Breathe.
Through your neck,
Face,
And head.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Feel yourself get more connected to the source.
Breathe with me.
Take in your next inhale through both nostrils and out the mouth.
Breathe.
You are a vessel for the universe to create more light.
The light in your eyes.
The light in your teeth.
The light within.
The glow from the skin.
Feel it now.
I encourage you to shine your light like the moon in the night.
Vibrant and bright like the sun in the sky.
You must receive the light from the most high.
You can't deny.
You are light.
And light is contagious.
So don't ever be afraid to shine your light.
Don't ever let anyone dim it either.
Continue to vibrate higher and higher.
