Very often in life, we face situations when we feel unexpected pain that comes out of nowhere. Pain is always a signal that something is out of alignment. So today I offer you this magical practice so you can bring alignment into your body and release pain out of your body. Please notice that if you have some chronic pain that you feel during a long period of time, meditation isn’t enough in order to release and get rid of all the pain. But this meditation can help you to reduce pain so you can work on the root cause of it. Any pain is an invitation to look within, to connect to your pain and feel its purpose, its meaning. So it’s an invitation to love and accept yourself completely. The more love you give to that inner, broken part of you accepting it fully, the faster you will be able to dissolve all kinds of pain and live a happy pain-free life.

I welcome you,

Beautiful soul!

Very often in life we face situations when we feel unexpected pain that comes out of nowhere.

Pain is always a signal that something is out of alignment.

So today I offer you this magical practice so you could bring alignment into your body and release pain out of your body.

Please notice that if you have some chronic pain that you feel during a long period of time,

One meditation isn't enough in order to release and get rid of all the pain.

But this meditation can help you to reduce pain so you could work on the root cause of it.

Any pain is an invitation to look within,

To connect to your pain and feel its purpose,

Its meaning.

It's an invitation to love and accept yourself completely.

The more love you give to that inner broken part of you,

Accepting it fully,

The faster you will be able to dissolve all kinds of pain and live a happy,

Pain-free life.

So get ready for this practice.

Make yourself comfortable.

Take a deep breath in.

Relax your body.

With each exhale,

Try to relax your body even more.

Now place your palms on your chest,

Your heart area,

And feel your heartbeat.

Imagine and feel that you are breathing through your heart.

Each inhale flows through your heart.

And each exhale.

Let's set an intention for this meditation.

To connect to your heart.

Feel love within.

Connect to your pain and send healing energy of love to heal your pain.

Take one more deep breath in through your heart.

And with the next exhale,

You surrender this intention to the universe.

Keep breathing through your heart,

Holding your palms on your chest.

Your breath is your guide within.

It is your tool to realign your inner state of peace and balance.

Let's start to observe your breath,

Keeping track of the length of your each in- and out-breath.

Make your out-breath a little longer than your in-breath.

Try to breathe as slowly and deeply as you can.

Find your own comfortable pace that allows you to feel fully relaxed and reach a state of peace.

While you're holding your palms on your heart,

Intend to open your heart wider.

Your heart is the source of unconditional love.

Let love out.

Feel how your chest fills with warmth while you're breathing through your heart.

Let love fill your whole body with this magical love.

Feel its vibration within.

Allow it to fill your palms with healing frequency of unconditional love.

Love is the best medicine from all diseases.

It dissolves all the blocks and tension in the body,

Bringing it back to balance.

Breathe through your heart,

Intending to open it wider and filling your palms with love.

Feel how your palms get warmer.

Now you can move your palms and place them onto the area that has pain.

If you can't place your palms on that area for some reason,

You can keep your palms on your chest.

Always listen to your body and follow your inner guidance.

So,

If you placed your palms over the area with pain,

Imagine that you're breathing through this area.

With each inhale,

You bring healing energy of love inside of that area.

And with each exhale,

You release pain.

Breathing in love,

You allow this love to dissolve all pain,

Balancing your inner state.

Breathe in love,

Let it heal you from within.

Breathe out pain and all stagnant energy.

Breathing,

Balancing your inner state,

All energies within,

Connecting you to your soul,

Your path,

Your true self.

Breathing with love for the next 13 minutes,

Allowing all the magic to happen in the now.

Wonderful!

As you feel relief from pain,

Feeling more balanced and at peace,

You can get back to your day.

You can move your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
