This is a very special meditation for me.
Being in that house of love,
I can sense that it's my purpose to emit unconditional love and spread it all over the world.
Love is my essence,
And I feel it deeply in my heart and soul.
So today I'm going to share it with you.
Are you ready to accept it and become a source of unconditional love yourself?
Then get ready for this meditation.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Relax your body.
Try to breathe a little deeper and slower than you used to.
Feel how all the tension releases from the top of your head.
You feel how all the muscles of your face relax completely.
You allow yourself to fully relax your neck and shoulders.
Your hands become heavier.
Notice how your chest and back muscles relax even more.
You can relax your pelvic area and your legs completely with the help of your breathing.
When your whole body is totally relaxed,
Imagine and feel that you are breathing through your heart.
Each inhale flows through your heart,
And each exhale flows through your heart.
Let's set an intention for this meditation to accept and feel the vibration of unconditional love within your heart and radiate it from within,
Becoming your natural frequency.
Take a deep breath in through your heart,
And with the next exhale,
You surrender this intention to the Universe.
Keep breathing through your heart.
I am sending you a flame of unconditional love from my heart to yours.
Imagine your heart widening and let it in.
Breathe through it,
Let it anchor within your heart.
Feel how your heart opens widening and it starts vibrating from within.
Love fills your whole body,
Each cell and organ with this magical,
Healing vibration of love.
With each breath you take,
You feel how love flows within your body,
Feeling it more and more.
Your breath is your guide,
And it transports love from your heart out.
Feel how your whole body vibrates with love.
There is an endless source of unconditional love within you,
And you can sense it with your breath.
You fill with love everything you touch,
Everything you look at,
And you are surrounded with.
Allow this frequency to become your natural vibration.
You become a shining lighthouse of love.
Your sight is filled with love.
All you look at starts vibrating on a frequency of love.
You become one with all around you,
All you touch and all you look at.
Love connects you to everything you see,
Everything you feel and touch.
Feel how love fills the room you're at,
Fills the whole building,
Your street.
It fills your city.
It goes farther away,
Filling the whole country.
Love that comes from your heart fills the whole continent.
The Earth feels your love.
By emitting love you raise the vibration of the planet,
Bringing more love,
Hope and light into the world.
You help those who suffer to feel light,
Feel blessed and get so needed healing from the Universe.
Stay in this frequency,
Radiating love and spreading it all over the world.
Feel it within and let this feeling anchor into your subconscious mind.
