Let's begin with sitting quietly.

Feel relaxed,

Absolutely rested.

Let your body find its relaxing position.

Connect to your breathing.

Very gently and allow your heart to calm down.

There is no rush to reach anywhere.

There is only this living moment.

Simply be choicelessly aware of whatever is happening now.

There is an open space of awareness.

In this awareness,

Breathing is happening.

With each breath,

The body is filling with a fresh energy.

The heart is expanding.

There is peace and joy.

One can see the whole organism breathing gently,

Affectionately.

See ourselves meditating on this planet,

Which is part of the vast universe.

Relax very deeply in this open space of awareness.

Let go of all efforts,

Stress,

All the past baggage,

All the future goals.

A total surrender to what is here and now.
