In meditation, I embrace doing absolutely nothing. There is no effort involved, no goals to achieve, and no expectations to meet. Meditation, for me, is about freedom from any form of seeking or striving for extraordinary experiences or miracles. It is about being absolutely still and present, without trying to find or control anything. In meditation, I simply observe whatever my mind is doing, giving it complete freedom. Transcript

Meditation is doing absolutely nothing.

In meditation there is no effort.

Meditation is freedom from any expectation,

From any achievement,

From any goal.

In meditation all seeking comes to an end.

There is no seeking of any extraordinary experience or some miracle to happen.

It is to be absolutely still without trying to find anything.

Meditation is not trying to control the mind.

Mind is a phenomenon of doing.

Mind is doing.

Thought is doing.

In meditation there is a simple watching of whatever mind is doing,

Whatever thoughts are doing.

There is no control of the mind.

You are not trying to control your thoughts,

Your emotions,

Your feelings.

You are giving complete freedom for whatever mind is doing.
