An energizing morning meditation to create the life you desire. Impress your thoughts on The Unseen for peace, happiness, wealth and serenity.

How positive thoughts define potential and impact reality.
To start this meditation,
Find a place where you are comfortable and warm.
You may choose to sit in a chair or to lie down.
The important thing is that you feel good wherever you are.
Let us start by doing some breathing exercises to help us slow down our heart rate,
Allow more oxygen into our bloodstream and induce a deep relaxing state of mind.
You may find that you won't always need to breathe as deeply all of the time.
This is fine.
Listen to your body and your breath and find the rhythm that is most comfortable for you.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your nose again.
Again,
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
Continue to do this.
Feel the breaths you inhale become deeper and slower.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
We are going to repeat this for the next three minutes and allow the breaths we take to get deeper and deeper every time.
When you next hear my voice,
You will be in a deeper state of mind and relaxation.
When you are done breathing,
You can relax and enjoy the music.
This is a very relaxing music to listen to.

I want you to focus your attention to your head.
Feel any tension you have there.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for one,
Two,
Three seconds and on your exhale release the tension through your breath by breathing it out.
Let's do this again.
Take a deep breath in and focus your attention on any tension you feel around your head.
Hold your breath now for one,
Two,
Three seconds and while exhaling release the tension with your breath.
Breathe the tension out.
Focus your attention now to your neck and chest area.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold for one,
Two,
Three seconds.
On your exhale release the tension through your breath by breathing it out.
Let's do this again.
Take a deep breath in and focus your attention on any tension you feel on or around your neck and chest area.
Hold your breath for one,
Two,
Three seconds and while exhaling release the tension with your breath.
Breathe the tension out.
Let us now focus on your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands and fingers.
Stretch your arms in front or alongside your body and spread your fingers out wide.
Take a deep breath in and hold this for one,
Two,
Three seconds.
Now as you exhale relax your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands and fingers and through your breath breathe out any remaining tension.
Let's do this again.
Stretch your arms in front or alongside your body and spread your fingers out wide.
Breathe in deeply and hold this for one,
Two,
Three seconds.
Now as you exhale relax your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands and fingers and through your breath breathe out any remaining tension.
Breathe the tension out.
Take your attention to your stomach,
Waist and pelvic area.
Tighten this area by pulling your muscles in.
Then take a deep breath in and hold this for one,
Two,
Three seconds.
Exhale and whilst exhaling release all tension in this area and through your breath.
Breathe the tension out.
Take your attention to your stomach,
Waist and pelvic area.
Tighten this area by pulling your muscles in.
Then take a deep breath in and hold this for one,
Two,
Three seconds.
Exhale and whilst exhaling release all tension in this area and through your breath.
Breathe the tension out.
Let's do this again.
Take your attention to your stomach,
Waist and pelvic area.
Tighten this area by pulling your muscles in.
Then take a deep breath in and hold this breath for one,

Three seconds.
Exhale and whilst exhaling release all tension in this area and through your breath.

Let us now move to your legs.
In your mind's eye see the length of your legs from your hips to your toes.
Now take a deep breath in and hold the breath for one,
Two,
Three seconds.
Exhale and whilst exhaling release the tension in your legs and through your breath.
Breathe the tension out.
Let's do this one more time.
In your mind's eye see the length of your legs from your hips to your toes.
Tighten your legs either by pulling your toes up towards you or stretch your toes down and away from you.
Now take a deep breath in and hold the breath for one,
Two,
Three seconds.
Exhale and whilst exhaling release the tension in your legs and through your breath.
Breathe the tension out.
You are now in a deeper stage of mind and relaxation.
Take the next few minutes to fully enjoy how relaxed your body feels.
If other thoughts enter your head regain your focus simply by concentrating on your breathing.
To go back to your meditative state simply take deep breaths in and hold them for one,
Two,
Three seconds and breathe out through your nose again.
Repeat as much as you need.
Take the next few minutes now to continue enjoying this relaxed state you are in and when you hear my voice you will be ready for the manifestation phase.
We are now going to work on using this state of mind for deliberate creation and manifestation.
I want you to firstly think generally about something you would like in your life.
It can be anything from more finances to a blooming relationship.
Now create an image about what you want in your mind's eye and focus on that image by looking at it.
Be a part of it.
Live it and experience it as if it were really happening.
I now want you to verbalise what it is that you want and impress energy into it.
Say it in the present tense,
For example,
I have met the love of my life and I feel wonderful.
Whatever it is you had thought of and visualised,
Now is the time to verbalise it and repeat it several times to yourself,
In your head or softly whisper whilst visualising it and feeling the emotion of it.
Continue doing this until you hear my voice next.
FYI,
I think this may sound a littleigence of the material but online You are now in a very deep state of meditation.
You are relaxed and you feel at one with the unseen.
Continue to breathe deeply.
Take a deep breath in and hold for one,
Two,
Three seconds and then breathe out slowly and calmly.
Let's do this again.
Take a deep breath in and hold for one,
Two,
Three seconds and then breathe out slowly.
Take your vision of what you want into your breath now.
To do this,
Bring up the thoughts and feelings of your desire and hold them visually in your mind when I count one,
Two,
Three between breaths.
Let's practice first.
Take a deep breath and breathe in through your nose and now hold your breath and in your mind's eye place the image of your desire there whilst I count one,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out long and deep and with the feeling of knowing that your desire is being manifested.
Let us repeat this.
Take a deep breath and breathe in through your nose and now hold the image of your desire in your mind whilst I count one,
Two,
Three.
Now breathe out long and deep and with the feeling of knowing that your desire is being manifested.
Do this for the next three minutes visualising,
Energising and emotionalising this experience.
Breathe deeply,
Visualise and take your time.
We are slowly going to bring ourselves out of meditation.
Start by focusing your attention on your head and neck.
Take a deep breath and whilst exhaling slowly move your neck and head from side to side rocking them gently.
Also slowly move your eyes from side to side.
Let's now move to your shoulders and chest.
Focus your attention there.
Take a deep breath in and while exhaling rotate your shoulders whilst expanding your chest,
Swaying and moving them gently.
Now focus your attention on your arms,
Hands and fingers.
Take a deep breath and whilst exhaling slowly bend your arms and wiggle your fingers and thumbs.
Keep doing this for a little while.
Let's now go to your stomach,
Waist and pelvis.
Focus your attention there by tightening your buttocks and releasing them.
Let's do it again,
Tighten your buttocks and now release them.
Moving onto your legs,
Start by moving your thighs,
Then your knees,
Then your toes.
Feel the warmth of your blood circulating through your body.
You should be feeling wonderful right now.
Remember that you can always come back to this state of mind and relaxation whenever you want.
You may think and feel about your desires as much as you like.
This will aid in creating the life you desire and influencing the unseen.
Now open your eyes slowly,
Let the light seep back in.
Look around yourself where you are,
Feel how energised and amazing your body feels and realise that this is your most natural state.
How you now feel is in perfect alignment with the unseen.
Have a truly wonderful day.
