This guided meditation audio is brought to you by The Unseen,

How positive thoughts and feelings define potential and impacts your reality.

During this lengthy meditation with an important breathing session,

I will explain what worrying creates,

And through the use of theta level sounds,

Which will soon start,

I will bring you to understand and know how to combat your worries so that you are able to relax more and realise that you don't need to worry anymore.

Through this meditation and when used regularly,

You will experience a deep level of peace which will empower you and bring in the solutions which you are looking for to solve your worries.

Give yourself time and full focus during this meditation and you will experience a significant positive change directly after and affecting different aspects of your life.

Let us begin.

To start this meditation,

Find a place where you are comfortable and warm.

You may choose to sit in a chair or to lie down.

The important thing is that you can relax wherever you are.

We first need to get our brain waves to slow down significantly.

It's only when our brain waves are slow enough and reach the theta state that we can begin to change our realities.

Let us start by doing some breathing exercises to help us slow down our heart rate,

Allow more oxygen into our bloodstream,

And induce a deep relaxing state of mind.

You may find that you won't always need to breathe as deeply.

This is fine.

Listen to your body and your breath and find the rhythm that is most comfortable for you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.

Again,

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.

I want you to do this whilst listening to my voice.

Feel the breaths you inhale become deeper and slower.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

We are going to repeat this for the next three minutes and the breaths we take to get deeper and deeper every time.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

I want you to do this while listening to my voice.

Feel the breaths you inhale become deeper and slower.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

I want you to do this while listening to my voice.

Feel the breaths you inhale become deeper and slower.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

I want you to do this while listening to my voice.

Feel the breaths you inhale become deeper and slower.

The ability to breathe deeply enables us to relax properly.

Most of the time we breathe shallowly,

But during meditation,

The deeper the breath we take,

The more relaxed we can become.

It's very important to keep breathing slowly and deeply.

This will help you reach theta state more quickly also.

In theta state we are able to release stresses and use our intuitive mind to find solutions.

Continue to breathe deeply.

Let me take you to a deeper level and state of mind now.

I want you to picture the number 5 in your mind's eye.

The number 5 represents the state of mind you are at and we want to get to an even deeper level,

Which is at number 1.

I will count and as I count,

With every number I say,

You will feel more and more relaxed.

So,

Now take in a long deep breath and as I count from 5 to 1,

You will allow yourself to feel more relaxed.

Let's start.

Relax.

Let us repeat.

We are going to do this one more time and when I click my fingers,

You will be in a deep level of state and mind.

I want you to repeat the countdown from 5 to 1 in your mind whilst ensuring you are breathing deeply.

Do this for the next minute and when you next hear my voice,

You will be in a deeper state of mind and relaxation.

We will then progress to the next stage of this meditation through visualization.

Well done.

You are now in a deeper state of mind and relaxation.

I want you to accept how pleasant you feel.

The way you feel now is your natural state of being.

The way you are feeling now is your true state and we achieve this by focusing only on the present moment.

Listen to my voice and focus only on the following message.

Then after,

We are going to work on the solution to your worries.

I know at times that you have worries.

I know how much these worries can consume your thoughts and energy.

I know that when you feel that way,

You just want the worries to stop and feel happy and hopeful again.

This section of the meditation aims to remind you that your worries are just a figment of your imagination.

How you feel is real.

However,

The time you spend thinking about your worries just ensures that more of it gets created.

Have you noticed that?

The more you think about the worry,

The more it seems to appear.

You may be thinking that worrying will be able to change the situation,

But this is not what happens.

Using the same level of thinking you use to worry about something will not provide the solution.

What you are doing instead is bringing more of your worries towards you simply by thinking about it.

What you think about,

You bring about.

It's therefore very important that you realise that worrying is not protecting you,

But in fact making it worse for you.

We are now going to focus on releasing the worry and bringing in the solution to your worries.

We achieve this not by focusing on the worry itself,

But by imagining the solution to the worries.

If you have a worry about money,

For example,

Then I want you to create a vision in your mind whereby you have enough money and imagine yourself free of the stress the worrying is causing you.

If you have a worry about your work,

Then we need to do the same thing.

We need to see in our mind's eye ourselves in agreement with our colleagues or bosses.

If your worry is about a relationship,

Then we must see ourselves in perfect harmony with our partners,

Enjoying our time together,

Going out together,

Laughing,

Smiling,

Hugging.

Whatever your situation,

Imagine now the total opposite of it.

Dare to go there,

Even though you may not know how this will be achieved.

We will work on that part later in the meditation.

Take the following two minutes to fixate on this image in your mind,

And while imagining it,

Let it go further and deeper.

Let your imagination visualise with strong images.

Push yourself to feel the feelings of happiness,

Hope and joy that your imagination is bringing to you.

When you next hear my voice,

We will look at asking certain questions to ourselves and asking our intuition to provide us with the answers.

Remember,

All of the solutions to all of your worries are already within you and available in your mind.

It's simply that you may have never used this form of meditation to discover that the answers are always available to you.

Take the next two minutes to continue imagining.

So now it's question time.

We are going to use this time to find answers and solutions to our worries.

Think about what it is you want a solution for for a moment.

I want you to now repeat the following question to yourself by saying it in your mind.

Remember,

You are asking yourself a question.

If you listen well,

You will feel the answer to your question.

Remember also,

There are no wrong or right answers.

The answer which comes up in your mind,

Whatever it may be,

Is the answer you need.

Be honest with yourself and allow the answer to come up.

Here we go.

The question is,

What can I do to find a peaceful solution to my challenge?

Repeat the question in your mind slowly,

Three times.

Let's do this together.

Now,

Allow your mind to provide you with the answer to your question.

Your mind will provide you the answers through inspired thought or by providing you with a vision or an idea.

Do not question what your mind gives you.

Remain totally open to it.

Take the next minute to listen to and experience the answer given to you.

And if you need to,

Repeat the question as many times as you like so that the answer becomes clearer.

The solution to your worries has been provided to you.

It's likely that you've always known what the solution was.

It's also possible that the solution may be something you don't necessarily want to do,

But intuitively know is right.

It's very important that you take action on your solution as soon as you can.

We change our lives by finding solutions and acting on them.

We all have free will,

And so it will always be our choice to do something or not.

Let us now focus on the feeling of relief you are experiencing and simply enjoy this moment.

I want you to focus on the fact that you are more than able to solve all of your challenges simply by going within and using your intuition via meditation to find answers.

This is the one resource which is always available to you at any moment you need.

Focus on this for the next two minutes.
