This is an advanced level sound meditation to come to terms with a raging conflict, to teach you to concentrate on a still point in a turbulent conflict situation even in everyday life. It is a question of concentrating on the soothing and subtly leading line in the background, which ultimately resolves the conflict at the end of the track.

It seems like struggle is a theme this morning. Today’s bible verse this morning was focused on Matthew 16, in which Peter continued to struggle with his failures but ultimately prevailed, and Matthew 16:21 “From that time Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised.” Maintaining focus during this meditation is like holding on to one true thing through a struggle, knowing that greater things will come from the uncomfortable effort.

This is brilliant and true to it's title. Pretty amazing experience if I keep the metaphor of Heaven's Struggle and cling to God, not be tempted by the noise. We live in a very noisy world, with thousands of distractions coming at us in any single moment. This "meditation" is a wonderful exercise to flex our spiritual muscles. Despite the noise, can I stay grounded within and connected to my Creator? I went to some very interesting places in my effort to cope with dissonance. At one point I simply gave in to the rhythmic noise, accepting it as another calm, meditative track. Then, I was able to grab my mantra back and find the still, small musical theatre underlying it all. Thank you.

This is not for the faint hearted but an absolute lifesaver! It took a number of attempts for me to stay with it, which of course so mirrors the challenge of staying grounded and present when experiencing rage. I recommend this to everyone who truly wants to learn this skill. It’s worth the effort as I can now hold onto that ‘still small voice of calm, keeping my head, when all about me are losing theirs”!! Thank you for your bravery in offering this meditation to insight- my gratitude and blessings to you 👍💕🙏

Wow, that's a weird one. I liked it. Just cacaphony and bedlam, it seemed like it was much longer than twelve minutes. It's like an obstacle course for your meditation! It really proves that you don't need quiet dreamy backgrounds for your meditations. You can listen to this and still find your quiet space inside. Cool

This was amazing. Definitely a challenge but I find, unlike in most meditations, if you allow your mind to unleash whatever story it creates to this music, you may conquer something that has been holding you down for longer than you realize

Love this sonic challenge to face stress and fear, remain calm and pass through it. Great work of experimental music.

I actually really liked this. Normally so many sounds would have distracted me but the composers description to look for the one line in the song that’s consistent help me to realize it’s just like life. You have to look for the center in the storm.
