Smouldering Solace

A sound meditation to come to terms with difficult times. The soundtrack acknowledges the dark side but shows the solacing primal force which comes from the depth and carries you out of the mourning. Mourning is expressed and lived through, but the primal force provides the foundation for starting out from grief to something new. Your breath goes faster towards the end of the track, and opens into a stroke of wing by which the primal force like a great bird carries us to new experiences.

For me this was a really unique meditation and the sounds weren't too menancing, just a bit more mysterious. It's feels great sometimes to fully immerse yourself in the dark parts of life and accept them as part and parcel of the beauty of life (in the same way that a dark windy beach enraptures).
