Sacred Mother, Divine Creator, These words are for you to ground you in love and confidence and invite healing and light into your life as you bring new life into the world. Write these words in your head or simply breathe deeply and receive. Let's begin. I am Mother, Creator and Sustainer of life. I honor myself for this magnificent and blessed contribution which I am giving to the world at this time. I recognize that at every moment I am giving of myself to this new child who I have the privilege of knowing deeper than anyone. I cherish my connection with this soul. I celebrate the health and strength of our bodies. I recognize that I am divinely and uniquely called to be the one and only Mother to this child. It is my sacred privilege to witness this unique expression of life as it enters this world. My worth and value in this role is infinite. It is the right time for this baby to come to my family. I can already see my life with this baby. It is different, Rewarding and it calls me to become my best and highest self. I allow my heart to connect with my baby, My partner and all those who support me on this journey. I grow more and more connected to my inner self every day. As my baby grows, I become more in tune and aware of my own needs and the needs of this child. My body knows exactly what to do at each moment of this pregnancy and in each stage of labor. My baby's body knows exactly what to do at each moment of development and in each stage of labor. Together we will move in a sacred dance of creation. I listen to my body and live in harmony with it. I nourish my body with healthy foods and thoughts. I honor my body as a temple of creation. I give myself permission to honor my natural rhythms of rest, Restoration, Playing and working. I design a life and pregnancy that I enjoy. I feel healthy, Vibrant and beautiful. My joy unmistakably radiates from me. I allow myself to feel blissful in this pregnancy. I open to life and love easily. I can easily return to a place of balance when I feel pulled into anxiety, Doubt or fear. I quickly recognize thoughts that do not serve me and easily leave them behind. I am comfortable leaving anything which does not serve me behind. My true desires for this birth are possible and I have no reason to fear when I move forward in trust, Faith and preparation. I recognize that birth matters and I seek out a birth team that supports both a healthy body and an enlightened soul. I am surrounded by support. The right resources come to me as I need them. My desires for this birth are heard and respected by those around me. I recognize and appreciate the angels that are assisting me on my journey as I bring this life earth side. As my pregnancy progresses, I feel more and more at ease. I allow those around me to serve me. I feel more courage every day. I feel the pulse of life flow through my veins and I move with it in a playful dance of creation. Even when I am challenged, I find joy in life. I have everything I need to move forward inside of me already. I embrace who I am now in this moment, Who I was before I conceived this child and who I am becoming and will become as a mother. The more joy I feel, The more joy I share with my child. I feel my power, Strength and softness all inside of me and available to me as I need them. I cherish this moment where it is simply a flash in time. I know that I am loved for who I am and not who I pretend to be. I birth in a way that is unique and beautiful to me. I birth in a way that is authentic to me. I honor and respect the noises, Movements and actions that allow me to feel the best as I move through labor and to that moment when I will first hold my child. I honor my child for the work that he or she will do during labor as well. I will be surrounded by support and love as I birth my baby. I surrender and open as I allow life to flow through me and into the world. Every breath I take is life affirming so I breathe deeply and fully. I grow more confident in my ability to birth this baby every day. I know I can do this because I am doing it. I am one with all women who have given birth before me and I draw strength of this community that backs me in every moment. In every way I am enough.
