Okay,
Welcome to my healing light guided meditation.
Let's do this meditation lying down.
So find yourself a comfortable spot.
Pillows if you need or a roll under your lower back.
Let your feet fall out to the side,
Arms down by your side for now with your hands facing up and you can gently close your eyes.
All you have to do here is breathe.
So if your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just bring it back to your breath.
And it's not any kind of special breath.
It's just your own comfortable breath.
You can choose to do it through your nose with your mouth closed or you can have your mouth open.
Whichever feels natural to you and whatever length of inhale and exhale that feels natural to you,
You just do that.
Now allow yourself to just relax,
Melt down into the floor.
Just deeply rest.
Remember all you have to do is listen to my voice and breathe.
Picture if you can your breath like a wave.
When you inhale,
It comes in through your head.
And then as you exhale,
Waves move down your body and come out your feet.
So that breath coming in is like a wave.
And on the exhale,
It's moving down through your body,
Picking up any pebbles of stress or tension,
Any kind of dis-ease and flushing it out through your feet.
And with every breath,
With every wave,
You're relaxing deeper and deeper.
If your thoughts come into your head,
That's okay.
Just notice them and let them go.
Let them float off on that wave with the pebbles of stress.
Now just continue that regular breath of yours,
Your comfortable breath,
Letting the thoughts drift away.
And we'll start you doing some own self-healing with some white light.
So bring your hands onto your pubic bone.
Your fingers are coming in,
Touching each other.
So your hands are resting down on your pubic bone,
Fingers touching.
And if you can,
Imagine in your mind a white healing light that's below your hands.
And with every breath,
That light grows.
Keep breathing and growing that white healing light.
And now bring your hands up to your navel.
So your belly button,
Fingers are touching and you're breathing that white light.
And with every breath,
That white light grows out of your body down through your back into the ground and up through your belly button into the sky.
Now gently move your hands up to just where they're at the bottom of your ribcage.
And that same thing again,
Picture that white light with your breath,
It grows down through your back into the ground and up through the front of your body into the sky.
With every breath,
That light expands and it's healing every part of you that it touches.
Now move your hands up so they're in line with your sternum,
With your heart.
And again,
Inhale that white light through your body from the sky down to the ground through your body,
Healing everything it touches.
One more breath in through that light in through your heart.
And now move your hands gently up to your throat.
Just rest them gently so they're not feeling like a choking feeling,
They're just resting there.
And inhale that white light from the sky all the way down to the ground expanding all around,
Healing everything.
Inhale your hands up to your forehead so your fingers are touching at the center of your forehead.
You're breathing in that white light,
It's expanding all around your head from the sky all the way down to the ground.
With every breath that light grows,
You can move your hands now to the top of your head.
And now that light is everywhere,
All through your body from the sky down to the ground,
Just this giant bright,
Bright white healing light.
It's expanding,
Pulsing,
Growing with every breath.
You can if you'd like bring your arms back down to your side,
Palms facing up,
That light is still pulsing all around you,
Healing everything in its path.
It's so bright there's no room for any darkness.
And if you'd like you can silently repeat to yourself,
I am light.
Just repeating it in your head.
This little light of mine,
I'm going to let it shine.
You are a ball of pulsing white healing light.
That light is healing you and everyone around you.
Keep repeating I am light.
Notice how it feels.
Might feel warm or tingly.
Might just feel good.
You can keep this light with you.
Keep this energy,
It's going to stay with you.
Stay with you,
Healing you,
Spreading out around you,
Healing everything you touch,
Everything you come close to.
You're going to keep that feeling,
Keep that light and slowly start to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Those inhales and exhales,
That light is pulsing.
Start now to come back into your body.
You can gently wiggle your fingers,
Gently wiggle your toes.
Keeping that feeling,
Keeping that feeling that you are light.
Keeping that light shining all around you.
You go forth and keep that shining that light out into the world.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes,
Come back into your room,
Into your space.
