I Am Surrounded By Love | Embody The Element Of Air

Welcome to this meditation connecting to the element of earth and the heart beginning by ensuring that you are comfortable supported in whatever posture you've chosen whether seated or laying down closing the eyes if it feels comfortable to do so here in stillness perhaps you can sense into changes occurring through sensation so there's this movement the shift even here in stillness noticing the body in totality any sensation that's particularly standing out to you right now whether it be tension temperature meeting it all with a sense of acceptance of openness curiosity beginning to pay particular attention to the area in the center of the chest sternum and what's underneath breastbone the area of our heart our physical heart and also our emotional spiritual heart space paying attention to the air breath as it moves here in its natural state this air connects us all together we all share the air moving it in and out providing us with vitality with this life force connection to life through breath continuing to focus your awareness on your breath as it moves in and out of the container of your lungs within the container of your ribcage the heart is the center of our chakra system it is the balancing force between the realm of matter and the realm of spirit neither realm is better than the other and so sensing into this quality of a balance the balance of the inhale and the exhale the balance of giving and receiving as you continue to observe the breath moving in its natural state and feeling into the sense of balance envisioning now that there is a beautiful emerald green orb of light pulsating in the center of your chest greens of the trees leaves nature around us it is truly that frequency of love that connects us all love that binds us in relationship air fills all space it's light it's open it doesn't discriminate it serves us all much like the power of love and so we envision this orb of green beautiful healing light the heart is also our center of healing this green healing light moving through your body your blood and bones tendons and muscles your mind this green healing light and its power are always accessible to us the affirmation that we will repeat to ourselves either out loud or in our head I deserve love and to be loved I deserve love and to be loved I am surrounded by love everywhere I go I am surrounded by love everywhere I go allow yourself to simply rest rest in this knowing in this deep knowing resting and witnessing the power of your heart the power of your breath and coming back to the felt presence of immediate experience the breath flowing in and out here in its natural state beginning to invite in deeper longer breath into the belly expanding the lungs front back side to side moving up the shoulders and the neck and releasing the breath the opposite direction until empty continuing in these deep long breaths continuing to bask in this field of love fields of heart connected to the element of air feeling perhaps air wind on your skin reminding us that we are all connected and staying in this space in silence with yourself for as long as you would like until next time
