Welcome to this three-minute meditation.
I face real life and I work through my wounds.
Make sure you are in an undisturbed space and you're standing or sitting,
Whatever makes you feel comfortable.
If you like you can close your eyes and now feel your body and feel the energy flowing through your body.
Notice your breath flowing into your nose and flowing out through your mouth.
Now put your hand on your heart and feel the feeling of gratitude,
Appreciation and love.
Continue to hold this feeling and say the sentence out loud,
I am grateful that I am facing my real life and that I'm working through my wounds.
Repeat this two more times and remember to keep the feeling of gratitude high.
