Welcome to this three-minute meditation.
I address my emotional hurt so that it can heal.
Make sure you are in an undisturbed space and standing or sitting where you are comfortable.
Close your eyes if you can and feel your body.
Feel the energy flowing through your body.
Notice your breath flowing in through your nose.
And flowing out through your mouth.
One more time,
Flowing in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Now put your hand on your heart and feel the feeling of gratitude,
Appreciation and love.
Continue to hold this feeling and say out loud,
I address my emotional hurt so that it can heal.
Repeat it two more times and remember to keep the feeling of gratitude high.
