Welcome to your sleep meditation.
This is your host,
Mojwazmi.
As you lay down in your bed,
Make sure you are nice and comfortable.
If possible,
Remove the pillow from under your head so your head,
Shoulder,
Back and legs are in perfect alignment.
Lift your head and easily put it back down,
Let it sink into the mattress.
Lift your shoulders,
Round them away from the mattress and then release them back.
Lift one arm,
Maybe an inch or two or three and then release it back into the mattress.
Lift your other arm and release it back into the mattress.
See if you can lift your low back off the mattress and release it back.
Lift one leg,
An inch or two or three and release it back to the mattress.
Lift the other leg and release it back into the mattress.
Allow yourself to let go.
Allow yourself to release any energy,
Any residual into the space of your bed.
And as you inhale,
Bring a nice soft energy,
Nice soft breath into your body.
And as you are ready to exhale,
Allow your body to release and release and let go even deeper.
As you take the next inhalation,
Bring the breath in.
Allow the breath to feed every nooks and crannies within your body.
And as you are ready to exhale,
Allow the exhalation to release anything and everything that needs to leave that doesn't serve.
Allow it to release,
Allow it to let go and know that you don't need anybody's permission for that.
Just release it,
Just let it go.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three and exhale one,
Two,
Three.
Inhale one,

Know that everything is perfect as it is right now.
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
No one to impress,
Not even yourself.
Just release,
Let go and rest.
