I'd like for you to rest in a comfortable position whether you're sitting or lying down.
Have your eyes closed and notice your breath.
Now we're going to take a nice deep inhale in and exhale slowly.
We'll do this one more time.
Nice deep breath in and exhale slowly.
I'd like for you to be present in this moment.
We'll do a brief body scan.
Notice your sensations in your head,
Down to your throat area,
Down to your chest,
Your abdomen and lower body.
Take a nice deep breath in and exhale.
