Hi and welcome.

This is your two-minute mindfulness meditation on being grateful.

Now I want you to relax in a comfortable position.

Be aware of your surroundings.

Take a nice deep breath in and exhale.

Now I want you to think of three things that you're grateful for today.

It could be that you woke up this morning.

You could be grateful for your family and friends or just simply being here and taking a breath.

Just take this time to appreciate the things that you have in life.

You could have a stressful day at work.

It's fine.

Or someone else bothering you.

That's okay.

As long as you come here,

Center with yourself and just be grateful for the things you have today.

And breathe.
