Meet The Soul Of Your Circle

A guided journey for women's circle holders to connect with the soul / spirit / essence of their circles and receive guidance and insight to support them in holding unique, powerful and revolutionary Circles.

So as always with me we just come back to the breath so taking a deep breath into your nose letting it out with a sigh and closing down your eyes and just once again bringing your attention to your breathing breathing in and out of your heart space just following the breath for a few moments just checking in you may notice it deepen or lengthen just as you bring your attention your focus to it trying not to force it or direct it but just letting it settle just letting it find its natural rhythm together we're going to go on a journey to meet the soul spirit the essence of your circle and just breathing in and out I invite you to call in that divine aspect of yourself to connect to your inner wisdom to connect to your heart's intelligence and now to call in whoever you would like to accompany you on this journey maybe your spiritual team your support team your angels your guides perhaps it's the women the energy of the women in this circle perhaps it's the women in your lineage or one particular woman who you would like to accompany with you perhaps you wish to travel alone just take a moment to connect in and if you wish to invite someone to accompany you do so now and shortly we embark on this journey together trusting the process fully knowing that you are guided you were supported you are held and you will be guided back to this circle with these women this evening knowing that whatever comes through for you is exactly what you need to receive tonight trusting that whatever unfolds for you is exactly as it needs to be taking a deep breath into your nose letting it out with a sigh and you find yourself now standing on the edge of a beautiful field of paddock or meadow just take a few moments as you get your bearings allow this beautiful natural space to come into focus may take a few moments connecting with all of your senses start to notice what you can see perhaps you notice what's growing in this open space this field this paddock this meadow perhaps you notice if there is a boundary around it a tree line a fence a wall and as you're standing on the edge just take a moment to notice how you can enter this beautiful space can you walk straight in is there a gate a sty do you need to climb over just notice for the moment and now take a moment to look down at your feet and again just notice what is on your feet if anything and now as you feel that you have your bearings you have a sense of the place that you're at you're going to enter this field or paddock or meadow in whichever way is open for you to do so and you enter it now and you find yourself now standing in this space start to take a few steps towards the middle and again using all of your senses start to notice what is around you really tune in what does the sky look like what is the ground like under your feet can you feel a breeze what are you wearing what can you hear what can you smell perhaps this place is deeply familiar to you or perhaps it's completely new how does that feel and as you look off into the distance now in the middle of this space you'll see a tree start to make your way towards this tree perhaps there's a path laid out for you perhaps you have to cross a crop grass wildflowers just start to make your way towards that tree and the closer you get the clearer it gets the closer you get the more it comes into focus the closer you get the more detail you can see and now as you're nearly upon it it is very clear to you is it a young sapling or is it a huge ancient old tree that has stood here for hundreds of years just before you're close enough to touch it pause and gaze upon it see what you notice perhaps you notice the roots are they shallow and spread out far and wide or are they deep in the ground invisible from the surface as you look to the trunk is it narrow or thick and as you look up to the branches do they spread out far and wide do they spread high and tall notice what season your tree is in is it summer laden with leaves is it autumn are the leaves falling golden orange is it winter are the branches bear or spring with blossom or fruit gently now take those last few steps until you can reach your hand out and touch the trunk of your tree and notice how that feels beneath your hand it's smooth is it rough is it dry is it sticky gently now you're going to walk around the trunk of your tree you can choose which direction you go in you may like to keep your hand resting on the tree as you move around and step after step keep your attention focused that's looking down at the ground or looking up into the branches perhaps you find you're closing your eyes as you walk around using the tree trunk to guide you and as you keep walking around in a moment you pause something catches your attention and as you look up into the branches there is something there for you do whatever you need to do to retrieve it and receive it you you and once it is in your hands take a few moments turn it around look at it feel it again it may be familiar to you what may be something you have never seen before may instantly resonate for you or it may confuse you simply receive it as it is and trust that it is for you and now you find yourself a beautiful spot to sit under your tree and lean your back against its trunk take a moment as you settle to sit in this spot and lean back against the tree as you do so feel what that feels like to be held to be supported by her and as you continue to breathe in and out notice now you start to match her vibrancy her frequency her energy her vibration feel yourself as you breathe in and out as if you're breathing with your beautiful tree and as you do so breathing in and out notice that it feels as though you're breathing with all living beings just breathing in and out breathing with your tree breathing with all beings just stay in this space for a moment and as you sit here breathing in and out you hear a gentle whisper may come in the form of words may come in the form of a feeling they come in the form of a knowing but you receive it you and gently now you make your way up onto your feet and take a few steps away from your tree and turn to face it and now we invite in the spirit the soul the essence of your circle to join you consciously and intentionally open your heart to her and invite her in and as you do so just keep gazing at your tree and allow her to appear in whatever form she chooses to take for you she may appear from behind your tree perhaps your tree transforms into her perhaps she appears from somewhere else completely just stay in that spot for the moment and just allow her to come to you in whatever form she chooses to take knowing that this may be a human form it may not just take a few moments here and just let this unfold keeping your heart open keeping your intention willing to receive her and let her appear and once she's appeared for you just take a few moments to be present with one another and gently now she signals for you both to walk out into this field this paddock this meadow and you start to walk together side by side neither of you leads or follows you walk side by side and after a few steps a beautiful door appears before you and as you approach it it opens instantly and you both step through together and it gently closes behind you and you find yourself now in a completely new space again the space may be familiar to you or totally unknown just take a moment to once again get your bearings start to look around and see what you can see hear what you can hear smell what you can smell and you'll notice that somewhere in this space is a circle of women and just allow the space to come into focus almost like a photograph coming into focus and when you're ready you both make your way towards the circle and there are two spaces and you take your space in this circle and as you do so just again allow yourself time to arrive bring your attention now to the center of this circle and notice what's there perhaps as a centerpiece perhaps as an altar up says a mandala a fire perhaps as dirt maybe there are candles crystals elements from Mother Nature perhaps there's water maybe there's incense maybe there's flowers just let your eyes gaze there and just take it in exactly as it is and slowly now you bring your attention to the other women in this circle just allow yourself to look around at each of the women making eye contact with them as you move from woman to woman around the entire circle just a moment here yeah yeah and as you do so notice how you feel notice the energy that you're connecting with how do these women feel in this circle and as you make your way around you may recognize some of these women and some you may have never seen before you may have crystal clear clarity on their faces or they may be unclear just make your way around one by one until you return to where you're sitting and as you do so just take a moment to receive whatever they have for you you may have a question bubbling up and if they have ask it now and receive the answer exactly as it comes through for you and as you continue to breathe in and out on your next out breath this circle of women fades and fades until they disappear and only you and the spirit the soul the essence of your circle remains you come back together and sit opposite each other once again simply connecting with her in whatever form she takes for you and taking this opportunity now you're going to ask her some questions allow yourself to receive the answer exactly as it comes you may hear it see it sense it feel it know it may make sense it may not just be open and willing to receive and you ask her now what are you afraid of what are you afraid of and receive it as it comes and now you ask her what do you need what do you need and again receive it as it comes and now you ask her who do you wish to serve who do you wish to serve you now she has shared with you what she has for you today you both rise and where you're sitting and start to make your way back to the door that you came in pause for a moment and notice whether or not you still have the object the gift from the tree if you do choose now whether to leave it here or take it with you the choice is yours choose now and now you take a few more steps towards the door together once again side-by-side and as you approach the door the spirit the soul the essence of your circle pauses and you turn to face one another in whatever form she's now appearing in and in this moment she fully embraces you and you feel her as the two become one feel yourself fully embrace and embody her allow her to settle in and now you turn towards the door and you open it and step over the threshold back to the field the paddock the meadow where your journey began and you close the door behind you and you start to make your way back across this space to where you entered and as you do so you walk with confidence with courage with clarity making your way quickly now with courage with confidence with clarity and you come back to where you started and you easily now step over the threshold to this space and you find yourself back here now with us in circle gently bringing your attention to your physical body noticing whatever it is that you're sitting on whatever it is that you're lying on feeling it support your body noticing where it touches your body gently bringing some attention and movement wiggling your toes stamping your feet rubbing your hands together perhaps you need a stretch take your deep breath into your nose letting it out with a sigh when you're ready gently blinking open your eyes and picking up your pen and just writing a stream of consciousness of whatever wants to come through whatever needs to be captured at this moment trusting that what you need to remember will come through from your heart to your hand to the paper
