Welcome,

Sisters.

This is your guided meditation to meet seven aspects of the goddess.

Taking a moment to make yourself comfortable.

Allow your feet to rest firmly on the floor,

On the ground beneath you.

Letting your hands rest gently in your lap or on the arms of the chair.

And taking a few moments to come fully present into this moment.

Taking a few cleansing breaths by breathing in through your nose and letting it out with an audible sigh.

And then taking another deep breath in through your nose and letting it out with a louder sigh.

And taking a third deep breath in through your nose.

And now letting it out with an even louder sigh.

Just allow yourself now to relax fully into whatever it is that you're sitting on.

Noticing how the chair feels beneath your body.

Noticing how your feet feel on the ground.

Noticing where your arms are resting,

Where they're touching your body or the arms of the chair.

And with each breath in and out,

Allowing yourself to relax further,

Deeper.

And as you allow your breathing now to find its natural rhythm,

Each breath brings you fully present,

Fully into this moment.

Gently letting go of everything you've had to do to get to this point today.

Letting all of those scattered parts of you return now.

You are in a safe place.

There is nothing you need to do right now and nowhere else that you need to be.

This time is just for you.

And on that next breath in and out,

Start to consciously ground yourself and connect to Mother Earth.

Feel your feet as they're resting on the ground and imagine little threads from the very soles of your feet going down through the floor,

The ground,

And into the soil beneath.

Going further and deeper and deeper and deeper,

All the way to the very core of Mother Earth.

And with each breath in and out,

As any worries or concerns or doubts come to mind,

Simply acknowledge them and then gently,

Lovingly allow them to go down these beautiful threads to the very core of Mother Earth.

Hand them over,

Allow her to be their caretaker for this time.

And now taking another deep cleansing breath in through your nose,

Letting it out with a sigh.

Now bringing your attention to your physical body,

Starting with the soles of your feet and the tips of your toes.

And just gently letting your attention scan each part of your body.

You may do this a section at a time,

Rising across your feet,

Your ankles,

Your heels,

And then coming up your legs.

Or you may be called to a particular part of your body at this moment.

There may be a part that is asking for your attention and that is where you now take your awareness.

So just for the next few minutes in your own time,

Gently scanning your physical body and allowing your attention to go to wherever is calling you,

Whichever part of your body is asking you to pay it some attention.

And as you let your attention come to rest on that part,

Connect inwards,

Be willing to listen and trying not to judge whether there is discomfort or tension or pain.

And simply allowing yourself to be whatever that feeling is,

Noticing any emotions that it triggers for you.

And using your breath,

Breathing in and out and consciously sending the breath to that part of the body,

Flooding that part of the body with this beautiful healing breath.

You may find that there is one part and you just simply stay here,

Listening,

Breathing,

Honouring.

Or your attention may be called to continue with your scan or to another part of the body that is now calling for your focus,

For your love.

So taking a few more moments now as you continue to tune in to the physical body,

Giving it that attention and love that it's craving.

And coming up now over your face and the back of your head and bringing your attention all the way to the very top of your head,

Just above the top of your head.

And now your sense or feel or imagine a beautiful ball of light,

Notice its colour and size.

As you continue to breathe in and out,

Watch this ball of light as it grows larger and larger and larger with your breath.

And on the next breath in and out this beautiful ball of light opens and this light pours out over your entire body,

Showering you from the very crown of your head to the tips of your toes and that light continues to travel along those threads coming from the soles of your feet all the way down to the core of Mother Earth.

And at the same time your crown chakra opens and this beautiful light now comes down your energy centres,

The back of your throat,

Through your heart,

Down your heart,

Your root chakra,

All the way to the soles of your feet and all the way down those threads to the very core of Mother Earth.

And continuing to breathe in and out,

Feel this beautiful connection between this ball of light above your head,

All the way to the very core of Mother Earth.

And now you gently bring your attention to the energy centres in your body,

Starting firstly with the root or base or chival chakra at the base of your spine.

Just bringing your attention to that area and being open to connecting with the energy centre.

Simply noticing whatever comes up for you,

You may see a colour,

A size,

A shape of this energy centre.

Just be curious,

Be aware.

And as we tune into this chakra,

Allow anything that comes through for you now to come through.

And on the next breath in and out,

We connect now with your inner maiden.

Invite her to join you in this moment.

Be aware of anything you feel or see or sense or hear.

And as we meet her,

We embrace our vulnerability,

Our playfulness.

You may wish to reach out to her,

She may have a message for you.

Be willing to receive.

And then on the next breath in and out,

Gently lift your attention now to your second chakra or energy centre,

To that sacral region.

Bringing your attention fully to that space and noticing what you see or hear or feel or sense.

You may see a colour,

A size,

A shape.

And as you allow yourself to connect fully with this energy centre,

We now invite in your inner mother.

Welcome her.

Let her join you here and share with you what she has to share.

And as she joins you,

We embrace her ability to nurture.

Allow yourself to feel that she may have a message for you.

See what it feels like to be in her presence.

And then on the next breath in and out,

Bring your attention now to that solar plexus region just above your tummy button.

And give yourself a moment to really breathe in and out of this area.

Here with your third chakra or energy centre,

You may wish to bring a hand to rest on that space to connect.

Once again,

Just allowing anything that comes up for you to come up,

Be willing to receive it.

You may notice a size,

A shape,

A colour.

Now invite in your inner wild woman.

Welcome her.

Meet her.

Be willing to receive whatever she has for you today.

And as you do so,

Embrace her courage.

And then when you're ready,

On the next breath in and out,

Bring your attention up to the centre of your chest,

To your heart space.

And as you do so,

Call in now your inner healer or medicine woman.

Connect with her.

Welcome her.

Breathe in and out of this space.

Breathe in and out of this energy centre.

And as you do so,

Embrace her capacity for compassion and forgiveness.

And then gently,

When you're ready,

Bring your attention now to your throat,

To the fifth chakra.

And breathing in and out.

Notice what comes up for you.

You may see a colour,

A size,

A shape of the energy centre.

And as you allow yourself to connect with this space to be here now,

We invite in your inner muse or creatrix.

Allow her to come forward.

She may have been hiding.

She may have been blocked.

But in this moment,

Show her that it is safe for her to step forward,

That you wish to connect,

You wish to embrace her.

And as you do so now,

Embrace her capacity to express herself truthfully.

Honour her for this capacity.

Thank her.

And then as you're ready,

On the next breath in and out,

Raise your attention to the middle of your forehead.

Connecting now with your third eye chakra.

And once again,

Using your breath,

Just breathing in and out of that space to connect.

Notice anything that you see or feel or sense or hear.

And as you're ready,

Invite in now your inner wise woman.

Invite her to join you,

To take a seat with you.

Be willing to receive whatever she has for you today.

And as you do so,

Claim your innate wisdom.

Know that she is with you as you activate your powers of intuition.

Receive whatever it is she has to share with you today.

And then when you feel ready,

On the next breath in and out,

Bring your attention to the very top of your head.

To your seventh or crown chakra.

Again as you bring your attention there,

Just be willing to receive whatever it is that comes through,

Whatever it is that you see or feel or sense or hear.

And then when you feel ready,

You invite in your inner priestess.

Greet her,

Welcome her.

Spend some time with her.

And as you do so,

Embrace her gift for transformation.

As you continue to breathe in and out,

Just allow whatever it is that needs to come through for you now in this moment to come through.

And now gently bringing your attention back to your heart space to the very centre of your chest.

You may wish to place your hands on your heart or to bring your hands to prayer position.

And gently bow your head and set an intention to listen to the wisdom of your heart today.

And now take a deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.

Gently bringing some movement to your feet.

You may wish to gently stamp them on the ground.

Some movement to your fingers.

And then when you are ready,

Blink open your eyes and take another deep breath into your nose and let it out through the mouth.

And silently give thanks for this opportunity to meet those aspects of your inner goddess.

And know that you can connect with each of them whenever you choose.
