Let the next five minutes be used to explore the possibilities that lie between moments of busyness and thought.
Let your body settle in its place.
Feel the support of whatever is underneath you.
You may close your eyes or take a soft gaze.
Take three deep breaths from belly to collar bones.
Move towards a steady,
Even breath.
Inhales match exhales in length.
Notice the pause between each breath.
Feel the space being created within the lungs.
Shift your attention to the stillness within your mind.
Visualize the area that surrounds the body,
Feeling the air around your skin.
The pause between thoughts begin to feel like freedom.
Your thoughts are now held with a gentle patience as each one arrives.
Allow them to be seen and notice how quickly they move out of reach.
Let them go.
Feel the peace and stillness in between.
If there is resistance,
Lean into how it feels in your body.
Let there be space around each individual sensation as it rises and falls.
As the sensations in the body dissipate and clear,
Notice again the beautiful,
Vast landscape of your mind.
With each nourishing breath,
Your awareness becomes more expansive.
Imagine now your life with room to hold more moments of stillness.
Feel it in your bones.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel the more expanded,
Connected version of yourself.
Step into the forefront of your mind.
Visualize as many aspects of this new version of yourself as you can.

Let your actions continue to align with the intent of creating space.
