Find your way to a comfortable seat.
Create a nice tall spine as you lengthen through the crown of your head.
Ground down through your sits bones and you feel a line of energy all the way from your tailbone through the crown of your head as you lengthen and create space between each vertebra.
Take a full inhale as you gently lift your shoulders up to touch your earlobes.
Now as you exhale open up your chest,
Roll your shoulders back and then gently and organically allow your shoulders to resettle.
Notice any sensation in your body and of course without trying to fix or change anything simply come as you are and simply notice how you've arrived to your meditation practice.
Allow your eyes to seal down.
Observe any sensation in your physical body without trying to fix it,
Without trying to change or fit into any expectation of what you think your meditation should be today.
This is the space for you to feel exactly as you feel,
To breathe organically in the rhythm in which serves you best.
This is your sacred space.
This is your opportunity to trust what you need by simply breathing and feeling the organic rhythm that comes.
As your eyes are sealed down observe what part of the body the sensation moves to and without shifting physically,
Without reacting mentally or emotionally to it,
Simply observe that sensation.
Your practice is a practice of greater acceptance and greater openness to the flow of life.
So as you find stillness in your meditation practice observe how you can flow through the sensation by creating a greater sense of awareness and greater stillness within your universe.
