Let it support you to be your strong foundation on which to build this peaceful moment of calm upon.
However you see fit,
Take a few deep breaths,
Slowly and steadily,
As you surrender yourself to this time you have gifted yourself.
Feeling your muscles,
Your body relax with your exhales,
Letting go of the tension in your brow,
Unclenching your jaw,
Allowing your hands and shoulders to relax.
Let this mindful intention of relaxation drift down your body,
Releasing tension wherever you may find it,
Knowing there is nothing else you need to do right now but honour and savour this time for yourself.
Breathing in love with each of your inhales and surrendering deeper into relaxation with your exhales.
Coming to a restful relaxed repose.

Imagine or feel the warmth of a beautiful white light slowly and steadily expanding out from it,
Shining out of your body to illuminate the space around you.
Watch and notice how this light grows brighter with each of your inhales and expands further out across and around your body with each of your exhales,
Until it comes to completely envelop you in its warm,
Protective,
Healing light.
Feel this light wrap itself around you like a soft snuggly duvet,
How it lovingly embraces every part of you,
Keeping you safe,
Secure.
This beautiful bubble of pure energy,
A divine light shining through every pore of your skin,
Illuminating every inch of you from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Radiating peace,
Tranquility,
Healing you from the inside out.
Soothing,
Cleansing,
Restoring,
Renewing.
Guide this beautiful white light's epicentre from your heart to any areas you still may feel or hold tension or are simply just asking for a little more of your loving attention.
Watching,
Feeling this light move down or up your body to this place,
Holding it there,
Enhancing its restorative power with every loving life nourishing inhale and allowing this tension to be soothed,
To be led out from your body with the breath of your slow,
Relaxing exhales.
Then,
Moving on,
Guiding this light again to another place you would like to give a little extra attention to.
If any distracting thoughts or external influences try to remove you from this intentional time for yourself.
Simply set them aside for later.
They can wait until you're finished.
