Float for a while surrounded by this serene presence as you gently connect with the love and affection that resides within you.

Welcome to your guided relaxation.

Take your time to settle in for this meditation.

Ensure you feel cozy and well supported either lying down or sitting comfortably.

Take a moment to notice how you're feeling physically and emotionally knowing every day is different.

Allow yourself some time here to relax.

Know that you are supported here in this safe space.

Set aside your worries for the next little while and rest with the intention of relaxing and letting go.

And when you feel ready gently close your eyes.

Become aware of the surface beneath you.

Feel the support.

Allow your body to settle and rest here a while.

Feel the point your body connects with the floor,

The chair or the cushion beneath you.

Shift your awareness to the sounds around you.

Noticing what arrives as you listen deeply.

And on your next inhale notice any fragrances in the air.

There may be nothing at all.

Simply noticing.

Draw your awareness inwards now inside your body.

Connect with your precious breath and begin to feel your chest gently rise with the inhale and fall with the exhale.

Gently observe your breath as it moves in and moves out of your body.

When you find yourself lost in thought know that you can always come back to the sensation of your breath.

Connect with your body now.

Notice how your body is feeling physically with a kind and gentle attention.

You may be feeling heavy or tired and that's okay.

Take some time here to notice any sensations in your body with a kind and loving attention.

Imagine now a beautiful and serene mist surrounding you imbued with gentle love and affection for the whole of you.

Feel or sense its presence surrounding you.

And with your next breath sense this soothing mist begin to move gently around your feet.

Swirling upwards softly around your legs enveloping your hips and tummy in a soothing dewy glow.

Feel the warmth,

The comfort.

Gently floating over your lower back soothing and rising gently upwards along your spine easing relaxing the whole of your back.

Your chest,

Your shoulders bathed in this soft and lovely dew.

Feel the comfort of this divine mist as it gently surrounds you supporting your body floating across your arms softly caressing your neck your whole face so that you are completely enveloped.

Float here a while sense the love and affection in this gentle and serene space.

You you you you you you you you hmm feel this beautiful divine mist gently beginning to dissolve to every part of your body supporting and nurturing you.

Know that you can come back to this space whenever you feel to.

This precious place of love and affection for the whole of you lives right here inside of you.

Gently begin to notice once more the sounds around you.

Feel the weight of your body connecting with the cushion,

The chair or the floor beneath you supporting you.

Perhaps bring some gentle movement back into your fingers and toes.

When you feel ready open up your eyes and gently allow yourself a moment to feel the effect of your meditation practice.
