Keeping your eyes soft and open.
Have a look at what surrounds you.
What colors do you see?
What shapes do you see?
Breathing normally through your nose if that's what feels right and good for you.
And very gently close your eyes.
Can feel your body soft and heavy.
Continuing to breathe softly.
Coming back to the awareness of what your body is touching.
And see if you can start to melt the body or have a feeling of comfortable heaviness come into the body just a bit more.
Softening,
Releasing.
And see if you can bring an awareness to the earth underneath you.
Just that stable feeling of the earth underneath you.
See if you can feel the powerful energy of the earth meeting your body right here wherever you are.
However you're taking this meditation.
The earth's energy is reaching up and touching your body.
Your energy is reaching down and touching the earth.
You and the earth are sharing energy right now.
Again with soft closed eyes.
See in your mind's eye a light coming up from the earth.
Can be any color you like.
The first color that comes to your mind.
Or just a white light coming up and filling your feet,
Your ankles,
Your legs,
All the way up your legs to your hips,
Your glutes.
Seeing this light fill up your entire back.
The belly,
The chest,
The shoulders.
Seeing this light fill up your arms,
Your hands and your fingers.
Filling up to your neck and your throat.
Filling up the face,
The eyes,
The mouth,
The ears.
Wrapping around to the back of your head.
All the way up to the crown of your head.
The earth's healing energy filling up your entire body.
You are sharing energy with the earth right now.
It might feel good to place one or both hands on your heart,
On your chest.
Opening your heart and your body up to gratitude.
Finding yourself so very thankful for sharing in this earth's energy,
This grounding and healing force.
Filling up every cell in your body right now.
Staying here as long as feels right and good for you.
