Let us begin with breathing deeply in through our nose and blowing the air out through our mouth.
And with each breath,
Your body releases and surrenders to God's divine loving energy.
Each breath allows your body to heal and relax,
Saying in your mind or saying it out loud,
I thank the divine for today's gift of life.
I thank you for my existence.
I ask you God for your divine love and healing energy to enter into me,
To cleanse me of any impurities.
I surrender to your guidance and healing in my conscious and subconscious mind.
I call upon the inner power,
Strength and love that you've instilled in me.
I bathe in your light that washes away all impurities in my body and mind.
Dear God,
I know that the first step in all spiritual healing is to believe.
I believe God.
I open my mind and heart,
Believing in your infinite power and possibility.
I believe that healing is a dynamic and reachable experience.
I maintain a patient and loving attitude,
For I believe that your healing activity is now at work in my mind and body.
I look forward with joyful expectation to the perfect wholeness that you are now bringing into manifestation through me.
I believe in your constant expression of perfect good in and through me.
I rest in the certainty of your healing power.

It brings me acceptance and significance.
Thank you God for your truth.
It brings me guidance and direction.
Thank you God for your mercy.
It brings me help and comfort.
Thank you God for your faithfulness.

Thank you God for your beauty displayed in the earth.
It brings me joy and delight.
Thank you God for the blessings you have bestowed on my life.
You have provided me with more than I could ever have imagined and I am so grateful.
You have surrounded me with people who always look out for me.
You have given me family and friends who bless me every day with kind and loving words and loving actions.
They lift me up in ways that keep my eyes focused on you and make my spirit soar.
And God,
I am so grateful for keeping those around me safe and loved.
I hope that you provide me with the ability and sense to show them every day how much they matter.
I hope that you give me the ability to give them the same kindness they have provided to me.
I am extremely grateful for all your blessings in my life God.
I pray that you remind me of just how blessed I am and that you never allow me to forget to show my gratitude in prayer and return acts of kindness.
Loving God,
