Welcome to Mini Meditations With Me.

I'm Ayesha.

So find a comfortable position.

This meditation is best unseated,

As long as you've got the back straight,

But relaxed as well.

So let's get started.

We're going to start by taking a few deep breaths now.

And as you breathe,

You allow the body to relax.

With every breath,

The body relaxes.

Deeper and deeper,

The body relaxes.

The mind relaxes also.

Relaxing the mind as you return the breath to its normal rhythm,

Allow the sound to take you on a journey,

On a journey inward.

I want you to visualize that you are walking outdoors.

You look down at your feet and you are barefoot on the earth.

In front of you is a very big tree.

And as you walk around this tree,

You are admiring it,

Its beauty,

But also its strength.

You notice that this tree is very,

Very big.

The branches are really big.

There are lots of leaves on this tree.

The trunk of the tree is very,

Very big.

And you notice that the roots are going deep into the earth.

And as you're standing there looking at this tree,

You notice that the breeze starts picking up and it becomes really windy now.

And as the wind is blowing,

You notice that the leaves of the tree is moving frantically.

The branches are swaying and as the wind intensifies,

You remain undisturbed,

But you're just noticing what happens to the tree.

In fact,

You notice clouds in the sky and then it gets really dark with thick,

Dark rain clouds and it starts to rain.

In fact,

It starts to hail.

And as the hail stones are dropping,

The wind is increasing.

The tree and its branches are moving,

Swaying this way and that.

But you notice that the tree stands strong.

And as the weather intensifies and the rain gets harder and the wind intensifies,

The tree stands strong.

And then you notice that the rain stops.

The hail stops.

The wind quietens down a bit.

And now you notice that there's a soft breeze as the clouds clear from the sky and the sun shines through.

And as you admire this tree,

You notice that the leaves are bright and sparkly from the rain that it's just had.

And you notice the tree stands strong with the roots going deep into the earth.

And just like that now,

You notice from your feet there's an energy that moves down into the earth.

Deep down into the earth.

And as this energy moves deep into the earth,

You realize that you are so deeply connected to the earth and that you are always supported and always strong,

Just like the tree.

The wind may come.

The rain and the hail may come.

But you stand strong.

Always supported.

Breathe in this knowing.

Relaxing the body and mind.

Knowing that you are always supported.

Always stand strong.

All is well.

So bringing your awareness back into the fingers and the toes as you wriggle them about,

Bringing your awareness to yourself seated and with the knowing that you are strong and always supported.

All is well.

Open your eyes and thank you for joining me.
