Have you been struggling with a busy mind, finding it difficult to relax and be still? This constant busy mind can affect physical and mental health, our relationships, as it becomes difficult to really be present, and it can affect sleeping habits and work efficiency. This mini-meditation can be very helpful, you may practice it a few times a day, or a minimum of twice daily. Feel the magical effects of the mystical sound and vibration. The sound from the ancient singing bowls will help to develop your meditation skills and deepen your meditation practice.

Welcome to Many Meditations With Me.

I'm Ayesha.

So find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and let's begin.

Let's focus our awareness on the breath.

Allow yourself to take a few deep breaths.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and as we breathe out,

Relaxing the body now.

Relaxing the mind.

Let's breathe and relax.

Breathe and relax the body now and now we return the breath to the normal breathing rhythm.

As we focus our awareness on the very next thought that comes to your mind.

As the thought appears,

Allow yourself to follow that thought to the very end of that thought and once you have followed that thought to the very end of that thought,

Gently guide your awareness back to your breath.

To the movement of the air into the nose and then into the lungs,

Into the body and then to the natural rhythm of your breathing out.

And so we bring our awareness to the very next thought that comes up to our mind and we follow that thought.

We follow the thought as far as we can follow it,

Right to the very end of that thought and once we have taken it to the very end of that thought,

Gently guide the awareness back to the breath.

Gently guide the awareness to the movement of air going into the nostrils,

Into the lungs,

Into the body and out.

And whenever a thought comes up for us,

We follow that thought to the very end of that thought and then we guide our awareness gently back to our breath.

We breathe and relax the body.

And once you notice a thought coming up for you again,

To the very end of that very thought and once you get to the end of that thought,

Guiding your awareness gently back to the breath.

And now that we have allowed ourselves to follow every thought,

There are no more thoughts left to think.

The sound to move through the body.

Bringing your awareness now to the fingers and the toes as you wriggle them about and bringing your awareness to yourself,

Seated or lying down and when you are ready,

With a calm,

Peaceful mind,

Open your eyes.

Thank you for joining me.
