Hi,

I'm Lexley Everton and this is going to be a walking meditation that I'm going to encourage you to do while you're moving.

You could actually be doing anything,

But it would be really nice to do on a walk.

And we're going to use affirmations and tune into the different energy centers in our body,

The different places where we actually hold on to energy,

Whether it's negative or positive.

And we're going to be focusing in on these centers and affirmations associated with them.

So I'm going to invite you to be ready to go and find your place of where you're going to begin your walk and press pause until you're ready.

And if you're ready to go before you start walking,

Just want you to stand tall,

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth and just sending that breath all the way down the spine.

Imagine that you are sending it all the way down your legs and out the bottom of your feet.

And let's try that again.

Another deep inhale,

This time in and out through the nose,

A deep inhale and exhale through the nose,

Sending that breath with intention all the way down until it goes out the bottom of your feet.

See,

Sense,

Feel,

Imagine that when it exits the bottom of your feet,

That it becomes like roots going into the earth.

For a moment,

We're going to ground our energy before we begin walking.

So a couple of exhales following that breath all the way down the spine,

Down your legs and out the bottom of the feet,

Sending those roots deeper and deeper into the earth,

Feeling connected.

And as you exhale,

Those roots are going deeper and you're tapping into the different energies of the earth.

The energy to be strong like the mountains.

To root it like an oak tree.

Exhaling and sending those roots deeper and tapping into the energy of flow like the waters,

The rivers,

The streams,

The oceans.

And finally tapping into the energy of being creative.

And now you can open your eyes and begin your walk and just bringing into your awareness your breath and your steps.

So noticing how many steps you're taking on the inhale and how many steps are you taking on the exhale.

Being really mindful.

The physical movement of your body and the physical movement of your breath.

And as you focus on the exhale now,

I want you to notice that every time you exhale that you're sending the energy into the earth with every step you take.

So with each step,

Intentionally send your energy out the bottom of your foot.

Notice what it feels like to connect in with intention to the earth with each step.

And now I'm going to have you tune into the first power center of your body,

Which is like literally at the base of the spine.

And this power center where we hold the emotions,

We can tap into the energy of feeling safe and grounded and supported.

And as you continue to walk,

You're going to say the affirmation to yourself.

You're going to repeat it to yourself after I say it and send the energy out the bottom of your foot with every step that you take.

Imagine that you're sending that energy from the place at the base of the spine down your legs and each step sending it into the earth.

Repeating the affirmation to yourself.

I am safe.

I love my body and trust its wisdom.

I am here.

The earth supports me.

I live in abundance.

I hold my ground no matter what I encounter.

I am safe.

I am always safe.

I love my body.

My home is safe and secure.

I am grounded.

I am financially secure.

My future is financially secure.

In this moment,

I have all that I need.

I am abundant.

Money flows to me.

The universe will always provide for me.

I am always supported and shown the next steps to take.

Life loves me and I love being here.

I claim my energetic footprint.

It is my birthright to receive support in all forms.

I claim good health.

I am safe.

I am abundant.

I claim a healthy body.

I claim abundance.

My needs are always met.

I am anchored and connected to Mother Earth.

I am a divine being of light.

I am safe,

Protected,

And secure.

And allowing yourself to connect with your breath,

Continuing your walk,

Really connecting in to the breath.

Exhale,

Going down the body and out the bottom of the foot,

Connecting in to the earth.

And bringing your awareness now to the second power centering your body,

Which is right below the belly button.

On a physical level,

This is tied in to our adrenals,

To our fight,

Our flight.

It's actually tied in to the reproductive system,

The low back.

This is the place of the first seat of emotion.

It's giving yourself permission to feel.

Giving yourself permission to feel good,

To feel pleasure,

To feel joy in life,

But also to really listen to your feelings,

Your emotions.

And connecting with the breath with every step,

Sending out of the bottom of the foot,

And allowing yourself to really connect in to the affirmations and sending that energy into the earth every time you step.

I feel good.

It is safe to feel my emotions.

I listen to my feelings.

Life is pleasurable.

Life is joyful.

My emotions are balanced.

I feel complete peace from within.

I release any need to numb feelings.

It is safe to feel what I feel.

I release any need to self-medicate with addictive substances or behaviors.

Life is good.

When I'm tired,

I give myself permission to rest.

I allow my feelings to move through me and release the need to numb them.

It is safe to feel my emotions.

I listen to my feelings.

I feel good.

I am a creative being.

I am always creating masterpieces with my energy.

My sexuality is vibrant.

It is safe to express myself in healthy ways.

I am a sacred being and worthy of love and desirable to others.

It is my birthright to receive pleasure and have my needs met.

I am comfortable in my body.

Just taking a deep breath in on the exhale,

Connecting that breath into your steps.

Bringing in again your awareness,

Your connection to the earth with every step.

Tuning in to the third power center,

Right in the middle of your core.

This is the place of our knowing our own personal power.

Who we are and where we are going.

Feeling worthy of greatness,

Joy,

Happiness,

Abundance.

Knowing our worth.

Connecting into this place right in the center of the core.

Your power,

You might even place a hand there right now.

And sending the breath from this center down the legs and out the bottom of the feet with every step you take.

Sending the energy of these affirmations.

I am worthy.

I am confident.

I am powerful.

I am enough.

I am entirely comfortable being in my power.

I am free from power struggles.

I am free from limitations from others.

I am positive.

I am worthy.

I am powerful.

I release judgment of others.

I release judgment of myself.

I am free from the need to be in control of everything in my life.

I am free from the need to always be right.

I am worthy.

I am confident.

I have high self-esteem.

I am motivated to get things done.

I manifest with ease and grace.

I use my power for good.

I am deserving.

I am open to new ways of doing things.

I am control of how I respond to situations.

I embody confidence and inner peace.

I rule from a place of authentic power and control.

I am worthy.

I set boundaries with ease as an act of self-care.

I set boundaries with ease as an act of self-respect.

I am powerful.

I easily manifest.

I am taking a breath,

Conscious breath in and out and sending it down the legs and out the bottom of the feet as you continue to walk.

Consciously connecting your energy to the earth's energy.

Every step you take,

You're intentionally grounding these affirmations,

Claiming them for yourself and bringing your awareness now to the fourth power center,

Which is right in the center of your chest.

It's the heart.

And in this space,

We connect in with all others.

It is the space of love unconditionally for yourself and for others.

It's the place of knowing that I am you and you are me.

With your awareness on the heart space,

Sending the energy down the body and out the bottom of the feet.

I am fully open to giving love.

I am fully open to receiving love.

I forgive instantly,

Completely and unconditionally.

I forgive myself.

I forgive others.

I love myself.

I love myself unconditionally.

I love others unconditionally.

My heart center is empowered by love.

My heart is balanced in giving and receiving love.

My open heart chakra or my open heart center is powerful.

Love is my guiding truth.

I am living a life that fulfills my heart's desires.

I choose joy.

I am grateful.

I am creating loving and supporting relationships.

It is safe for me to be in a loving relationship.

I have unconditional compassion for myself.

I have unconditional compassion for others.

My heart is free from past hurts.

I give and receive love.

I give and receive forgiveness.

I give and receive compassion.

My heart is filled with joy and gratitude.

I am love.

I am taking a deep breath in and out,

Again consciously connecting in with every step to the earth's energy.

I am moving your awareness now to the fifth power center which is located at the base of your throat.

The right here,

The power here is to speak your truth and to know that your words are honored and respected.

Focusing your awareness on the throat and sending the energy down your body with affirmations on each step you take.

I communicate with ease.

I am able to clearly state my needs.

I am able to find and speak the right words.

I communicate with others confidently.

I am able to speak my truth with ease.

My voice is heard.

My truth is love.

I am comfortable in silence.

I am comfortable in stillness.

I set clear boundaries.

I am always understood.

I am a compassionate listener.

I am an active listener.

I create speech that reflects my loving thoughts.

I vocalize my feelings.

I am balanced in speaking and listening.

I release doubt over what I say or didn't say.

I have an important voice in the world.

I claim and honor my true voice.

My thoughts are positive.

I always express myself truthfully and clearly.

My voice is heard.

Taking a deep breath in and out,

Sending it all the way down the body,

Out the bottom of the feet,

Again consciously connecting into the earth's energy.

And moving your awareness now to your sixth power center,

Which is literally in between your eyebrows and the middle of the head.

And this power center helps us to see,

To have clear vision,

To tap into inner wisdom and intuition,

To feel like you're connected,

Guided.

And with sending the energy from this space all the way down the body and out the bottom of your feet with every step you take.

I am intuitive.

I trust my intuition.

I trust the guidance I get through all my gifts.

It is safe to follow this guidance.

I am my higher truths.

I am clear.

My thoughts are calm and peaceful.

I know my own voice.

I have a healthy mind.

I have a creative imagination.

I am connected to my true path and purpose.

All of the answers I need are inside of me.

I easily hear my inner voice.

I let my sixth sense guide me.

I have unlimited possibilities.

I hear my intuition.

I trust my inner teacher.

I see the path.

And taking another deep breath in and out on the exhale,

Sending it down the body,

Out the bottom of the feet,

Connecting into the earth with every step.

And we're going to bring our awareness now to the final power center,

Which is literally at the top of the head.

It's this place where you feel connected.

You know that you belong.

That you're an extension of source,

The universe,

Whatever word you want to put in.

Here,

Fill in the blank.

Bringing your awareness to the top of the head and sending that breath and your energy all the way down the body and out the bottom of the feet with every affirmation.

I am complete.

I am significant.

I am worthy of love.

The universe is kind and loving.

I am an extension of the universe.

I trust that I am loved completely and unconditionally.

It is safe to receive guidance.

I am connected to my higher self.

I am perfect the way that I am.

I am connected to my soul's purpose.

I am supported in discovering my purpose.

I am love.

My energy attracts others that respect my unique vibration.

I am here to make a difference.

I am complete.

I am part of the universal flow.

I am whole.

I am love.

Taking a breath in,

Long,

Slow breath in and exhale all the way down,

Connecting with every step to the earth's energy.

You are complete.

We have moved through these power centers.

You continue your walk.

Do so with intention and mindfulness of who you are.

Every step connecting into the earth and claiming your space in the world.
