Beth Eldridge

Beth has practiced in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh since 2005. On Dec. 31, 2004, she decided to try meditating every day, but only if she liked it. She sat for about 360 days that year, while also finding an inspiring peaceful community and multiple methods to create empowered life-changing transformation! Beth has been teaching Mindfulness and mindful Nonviolent Communication to over 350 adults since 2018, as well as coaching individuals, and sprinkling it into her elementary teaching before that. Beth has a PhD in Educational Equity that prepares her to reach diverse learners. She believes in the power of community awakening together. She can't wait to share that here, in addition to the events on her website.
