Sometimes it's hard to see the space that we need to really be our best selves.
But if we take that moment and take that space to really seek the time to evaluate what we want in that moment,
It can be priceless.
So take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Stretch to where it makes you feel good.
And as you do this,
Realize that you are human and that sometimes we get into a space that we can't see.
But there's always a tunnel at the end.
And there's always a place to go to in our space.
So imagine something that made you feel good today.
Something that brought you comfort and brought you peace.
Something that made you smile.
Someone that made you smile.
Some task that you did that didn't take any of the space away that you needed.
And be thankful.
Say thanks.
Because that space will come again.
And take a deep breath in and out and know that there's always space.
When it doesn't seem like space,
Just know there's always space.

Breathe out.
Think of something that brought you joy.
Because that brings the space we need.
