Imagine blowing the clouds away with the wind of your breath.
Soon you arrive at the island.
The water is crystal clear and turquoise blue.
You step out of your boat onto the warm and soft sand.
You take a moment to wiggle your toes and feel the sand between your toes.
You can hear the waves gently lapping at the shore and the birds chirping happily in the distance.
You feel so relaxed and at peace as if all your worries have melted away.
On the beach you notice a colorful umbrella and a comfortable towel waiting for you.
Take a seat under the umbrella and take in the breathtaking view of the ocean.
You feel so safe,
So protected under the shade of the umbrella.
As you sit under your umbrella,
You might notice the color and texture of your towel.
You may notice the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.
Whatever you notice,
Allow yourself to fully experience and enjoy the moment.
You can see the sailboat anchored nearby,
Ready for your next adventure whenever you're ready.

Take a big breath in,
Slowly exhale out.
