Welcome to Sacred Goddess Rising.

This meditation is an opportunity to align with the heart and with your womb as we journey together with our breath.

So with that being said let's go ahead and connect to the breath and just allowing us to settle here wherever you are in a comfortable position and I encourage you for this meditation to be seated either on the floor or in a chair.

Go ahead and close your eyes down and just bring your awareness to the movement of the breath.

And if you feel that your mind is particularly busy at this time just go ahead and deepen the breath.

Deepening the inhale and just retaining that breath for a few moments before slowly exhaling,

Lengthening the exhale.

And let's invite a softness in and around the mouth and the throat and we can do this by wetting the lips and now swallowing and once you've done this leaving the back teeth parted,

The lips slightly parted.

Be aware of the breath now moving through the throat.

This is the pathway from your mind to your heart through allowing the breath to just journey here from the mind to the heart.

And if at any time during this meditation your mind becomes dominant just repeat the deeper breaths,

Perhaps swallow again and bring the awareness and the intention of coming back to the heart.

So let's breathe here together.

And on your next inhale I invite you to place the palm of your left hand over the heart and just cover the heart here with your left hand.

And now bring the right hand and place it on top of the left and feel the breath in your chest.

It's as if the heart is breathing.

And you can tip the chin slightly down as if you're bowing your head and allowing the exhale to travel out through the lips allowing that breath to greet the heart.

Allowing that breath to nourish the heart.

And feel your heart receive this.

And just breathe here.

Receiving and expanding love into your heart.

And now bring the right hand over the heart.

Receiving love into the heart.

Expanding with love into your heart.

Receiving love into the heart.

And expanding with love into your heart.

And on your next inhale begin to slide the right hand down the center line of your body nice and slowly as you move your right hand over the heart.

And slowly as you move your right hand slowly down past the belly button to reach your womb and just hold this energy here covering your womb with your right hand.

And the hand has brought down that loving gratitude from the heart and directs it into the womb.

And let the hand rest wherever you feel you have a deep connection.

With your left hand on your heart,

Your right hand on your womb.

Welcoming in all sensations.

Perhaps there's a warmth here in the palm of your hands as this energy and connection is being exchanged from the heart to the womb.

And this nourishing experience flowing between them.

As you inhale you can draw the energy up to the heart.

And as you exhale you carry this energy down into the womb.

And as you exhale you carry this energy down into the womb.

And stay with this awareness as you breathe up to the heart and down to the womb.

And let's stay here with this breath and this intention.

And let's stay here with this breath and this intention.

And deepening the breath slightly.

And becoming aware of the earth beneath you,

The mother womb.

And on your next exhale let's send this love and this energy down to her.

Becoming aware of her energy beneath you.

And as you inhale you're drawing up her love into your womb and up into your heart.

And with each exhale you are sending down this love.

Sending this love down into Mother Earth.

As we inhale we're drawing the energy up.

Exhaling sending the energy down.

Becoming aware of this grounding energy of Mother Earth.

And on your next inhale I invite you to slide the right hand back up to cover the left hand on your heart.

And as you inhale you're drawing up your love into your womb and up into your heart.

And let's hold this energy at the heart centre.

Once more welcoming in all sensations.

And if you like you can repeat the affirmation of I honour my womb,

I honour my heart.

I honour my womb and I honour my heart.

And perhaps bring the corners of the mouth into a smile.

Begin to deepen the breath.

Being more and more aware of your physical body.

And with your eyes still closed on the next inhale let's take a nice stretch reaching the arms up or out.

And go ahead and wrap those arms around yourself in a loving embrace.

And stay here sister for as long as you like.
