Feel into your body and notice your breath,
Bring your awareness to the heart center,
The center of your chest,
Feel the sound,
Remembering a time of confusion,
Feeling into that moment,
And remember how far you have come since that time in your life,
Feel that you have accomplished successfully since that time,
Laughed,
Felt joy and happiness,
And sometimes there may be some fear that that time will come again,
But remembering that you are here now and it's okay,
Hold your heart,
Let your heart know that you are there,
You're wiser,
Stronger,
More mature,
Resilient,
And feel your breath,
Feel your heart,
Breathe deeply,
Feel as if you are acknowledging,
Patting yourself on the back,
Breathing deeply,
Feeling the gratitude of being here in this present moment,
Not in the past,
