Take a moment to settle in,

Committing to yourself,

To take this next period of time to look inside,

To practice stillness of mind.

Begin by breathing deeply.

Breathing from the top of the head,

The crown of the head,

Down through the spine,

To the tailbone.

Filling your spine with breath.

Being the witness,

Noticing any tension in your spine,

Breathing into it with a gentle,

Nurturing focus.

Accepting what you find and sending it,

Your awareness and your care.

Breathing into the self,

Compassion.

Compassion for everything that you've been through and that has brought you to this moment.

Bringing your awareness to the third eye,

Breathing in and out of the third eye,

Allowing the forehead to be relaxed.

Breathing the breath through the third eye to the back of the head,

Threading,

Flossing the third eye with the breath.

And slowly bringing your focus.

From the third eye into the center of the head,

Drawing back your focus with meaning and purpose and with gentleness and nurturing.

And then drawing your awareness and focus down through the top of the neck,

Through the throat,

Slowly drawing your awareness down to the heart.

Settling your awareness and your focus in the heart.

If you're a visual person,

You can imagine that you're in a gold-lined cavern.

You feel safe.

You feel supported and nurtured.

Focusing on the heart,

Feeling the breath as you focus on the heart,

The ribs expanding on the inhale and back to neutral on the exhale.

Keeping the inhale gentle and releasing,

Letting go as you exhale,

Gently breathing into the heart,

Gently letting go with your exhale.

Letting your shoulders be relaxed,

Your neck engaged but relaxed.

Breathful but not forced,

Gentle.

Bringing your focus on the heart.

Gentle,

Nurturing breath.

Gentle,

Nurturing breath.

Gentle,

Nurturing breath.

Gentle,

Nurturing breath.

Shoulders relaxed.

Focusing at the heart center.

Breathing in gently.

Breathing gently.

Bringing to mind the sensation of gratitude,

The sensation of compassion,

Care,

Love,

Or inspiration.

So picking one of these and focusing on it.

It's like planting the gratitude seed in the heart or the compassion seed in the heart.

And watering it with your focus.

You can feel this sensation simply or you can imagine a time where this sensation was so prevalent in your life to water the seed.

Feeling your sensation in the heart.

Overflowing the sensation throughout the body and feeling it pumping through the heart into the blood throughout the whole body,

Filling every cell with the sensation.

Raising your vibration,

Raising the vibration of every atom and cell in your body with this focus on the sensation.

By breathing gently and nurturing,

Feeling the sensation throughout the whole body,

Overflowing your energy with the sensation.

Recognizing that this sensation is truly a part of your essence,

A part of your heart.

And from this place,

A related vibration,

Ask your heart a question.

The first question that comes to mind that you really wish to know the answer to.

Just one question.

And once you've put this answer in your heart,

Going back to breathing gently and nurturing and allowing the answer to bubble up.

The answer may come immediately or it may come in your dreams later,

But trusting that your answer will come,

That your heart has heard your question clearly and will give you an answer.

Breathing in the heart,

Breathing out of the heart.

Breathing in the heart,

Breathing out of the heart.

Honoring the wisdom of the heart.

Commoning gratitude for the heart at this time,

The wisdom which is in your heart,

Waiting to whisper guidance to you when you're open to receive it.

Giving thanks for this wisdom,

Giving thanks for this understanding,

Giving thanks for taking the time,

Giving thanks for this practice,

Feeling thankful,

Feeling grateful.

And bringing your awareness to the top of the head,

Noticing the sensation at the top of your head.

And drawing it down through the body,

Through the center of the body,

Exhaling down the legs,

Rooting back down to the earth.

Inhale top of the head,

The crown,

Down through the torso,

Exhale down the legs,

Into the earth.

A couple more grounding breaths before we close.

I thank you for your presence in this moment.

I am grateful to share this energy with you.
