Enjoy this track to breathe by. It is a great anchor for meditation to focus the breath at a 6 breaths per minute pace. Inhale to one tone and exhale to the next. This track is the recommended rate of breath by HeartMath Insitute. I have found that a 5-second breath pacer is accessible when practicing qigong, yoga, or driving down the road.
