Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down with your back straight and your eyes closed.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Repeat this several times until you feel relaxed and centered.

Visualize yourself standing in a beautiful clearing in the middle of a forest.

The sun is shining down on you,

Warming your skin.

You can hear the rustling of leaves and the chirping of birds in the background.

Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this scene,

Feeling the tranquility and calmness of nature.

As you enjoy your surroundings,

Begin to focus on your throat chakra.

Visualize a bright blue light emanating from your throat,

Expanding with each breath you take.

Allow this light to grow and become more vibrant,

Cleansing and balancing your throat chakra.

As the blue light continues to grow,

Imagine that it transforms into a flowing river.

This river represents the flow of energy in your throat.

Watch as the water flows smoothly,

Unobstructed,

And clear.

Let the gentle movement of the river bring a sense of ease and fluidity to your throat chakra.

Next,

Focus on your breath.

Take a few deep breaths in through your nose,

And as you exhale,

Imagine that you are releasing any tension or negative energy from your throat.

Imagine that this river is carrying away these negative energies,

Leaving your throat chakra clear and balanced.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Repeat the following affirmations to yourself.

I express myself freely and authentically.

My voice is strong and confident.
