Is tremendous so if you don't know it you will when we're done here So the thing is you breathe in on four,
You hold it on seven and you breathe out on eight.
And you do that for four breath circles.
And you do that twice a day.
It loves you.
Blood pressure,
Your heart rate.
And one beneficial thing that is really important if you ask me.
If you do it the right way,
It's said to be about a month,
But I've known.

That it can take only a few weeks.
If you do this,
Then you are actually able to fall asleep within a few minutes.
I'm not kidding.
I've tried it myself.
And every time I'm out doing talks and stress prevention and workshops and.
.
.
In companies I always bring it and I always ask anybody here know it and more and more people do.
And when I asked,
Have you tried it?
And they say,
Yes.
So the method is that you are supposed to first you empty your lungs And then you drag in all the air you can.
Through your nostrils on the count of four.
You hold it on seven and then you breathe out through your mouth.
With sound like a fire breath for eight.
So we'll do it together.
So you empty your lungs.
Breathe in on four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
You hold it for seven.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
And you breathe out on eight.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
I'll do it with you now.
Ready?
Breathe in.
Again.
Again.
And the last.
I think you could almost hear it in my breath and my voice now.
That my level has come down.
So I hope you will try it.
Twice a day.
