I just wanted to remind you of something important today.
The power of your attention.
Because your attention is one of your main tools as a creator.
It works.
As a magnet.
Over time,
What you keep focusing on.
Starts to grow in your life.
Your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Your words,
They all reinforce the reality you're living in.
And this is especially important to remember when you're going through a difficult period.
Because I know.
Life may not feel easy right now.
There may be instability in your finances.
Pain in a relationship.
Tiredness in your body or disappointment around something you've been trying to bring to life.
And in those moments it can feel almost impossible to focus on beauty,
Love,
Gratitude,
Health or new possibilities.
I know.
But this is exactly when your attention matters the most.
Because your attention is energy.
And wherever you place it,
Your mind starts looking in that direction.
Your body starts responding to that direction.
Your life starts being shaped.
Either direction.
So,
If every day your attention goes to fear,
Problems,
Lack,
Exhaustion,
Illness or disappointment,
Your nervous system starts organizing around that reality.
It starts believing that this is the reality it needs to prepare for.
And without even noticing,
You begin to shape your life and your future from that place.
But the moment you begin to shift your attention even a little,
Your inner state starts changing first.
And slowly your reality begins to respond.
So the next time you catch yourself thinking something painful about yourself or your life,
Don't judge yourself.
Just notice it.
