Take a nice long deep cleansing breath in through the nose.
Hold it and let it all out through the mouth.
And take another nice deep breath in through the nose and hold it at the top.
And let it all out through the mouth.
And one more nice deep breath in through the nose.
Holding it at the top.
And let it all out through the mouth and allow your eyes to close.
Give yourself permission to listen to this entire meditation all the way through.
As you are allowing yourself to go on this journey and paint tomorrow's picture as if it's already happened.
And now with your eyes closed,
There are infinite possibilities here.
The space that you've created.
Notice how there is nothing here.
Until you start using your imagination.
Now let's go ahead and use your imagination to create your tomorrow.
The way you want it.
The way you desire.
This will energize you and inspire you to have an amazing day tomorrow.
Filled with joy,
Peace and love.
I want you to use your imagination to see yourself.
Hear yourself.
And feel yourself almost like you're watching a movie.
See yourself waking up in your bed.
And then you smile out of gratitude.
Because you have the opportunity to be alive.
And create your day exactly the way you want it.

You know that the first part of the morning should be for you and only you.
See yourself getting up out of bed.
Placing your feet on the floor.
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
Maybe take a quick glance around the room.
And look at all the good things you've manifested in your life.
At some point,
All these things in your life were just thoughts.
And feelings.
But you took the action to go out and get them.
Because something inside you told you that you needed it or wanted it.
This proves that you have the ability to manifest anything you want into your life.
Your tomorrow is full of possibilities.
Full of choices and options.
See it.
Hear it.
Feel it.
You can choose to go into your kitchen and make breakfast.
Or see yourself go to a restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat.
Or maybe see yourself not having breakfast at all.
I really want you to feel what feels right to you.
All three options are perfect.
See yourself.
This is your movie.
And you are the main character in your own movie.
You allow yourself to have a few more minutes to yourself.
You can spend this time and space reflecting on and really feeling the gratitude for all the magnificent things you've brought into your life.
Your world.
Perhaps a good relationship.
A fulfilling career.
Or perhaps your car or truck.
Or maybe good friendships.
And then you reflect on a quality of yours or something related to your body.
Really feel the gratitude for this.
Perhaps the ability to breathe on your own.
The ability to walk without assistance.
Or perhaps a quality of yours.
Such as your ability to communicate really well.
Or perhaps your perseverance or your drive to want to make your life better.
Or perhaps the love that you have for other people.
Maybe it's your partner.
Maybe it's your child.
Your parents.
Perhaps a friend.
Really absorb the good out of this thought that you are imagining.
Feel it.
Even sitting here right now,
Listening to my voice as if it's your own inner voice.
Knowing that you are in the right place,
Right here,
Right now.
I want you to imagine the interactions you will potentially be having tomorrow.
Perhaps it's with a co-worker.
Maybe it's with the barista at the coffee shop.
Maybe it's with a friend.
Or maybe it's just with people online in the pleasure of your own home.
In this present moment,
See yourself having this interaction.
Hear what you would hear and feel what you would feel as if this interaction were going exactly the way you wanted it to.
Perhaps you see a glistening in the other person's eyes when you're speaking to them.
A feeling of joy or excitement flushes through your body.
The words you are saying are coherent and flow oh so naturally.
And the other person's response lights you up even more as they smile and appreciate what you're saying.
You absorb and really soak up this feeling that you get.
And the rest of the interaction comes so effortlessly.
And right here,
Right now,
You can see,
Feel,
And hear it happening just the way you want it to.
