Good morning,
Welcome to this meditation practice.
In this practice,
We'll connect in with the breath.
And then visualize sunshine.
Moving along the landscape of the body,
Energizing and awakening our whole being into today.
We'll finish with a little stretch.
Finding comfort in your position.
Maybe lying down,
Maybe remaining in bed for this practice.
Choosing what suits you.
When you're ready softening your gaze or closing your eyes Placing a hand on the chest,
A hand on the belly,
And feeling your body breathing.
Feeling the rise of the chest on the inhale.
Perhaps a softening of the belly.
On the exhale.
Visualizing your body as the night sky.
Just before the sun comes up.
Maybe visualizing your body lying down and The sun.
At the soles of your feet.
Slowly rising.

To the tips of the toes.
The sun beams.
Lighting up the spaces in between the toes on both feet.
And this warm,
Soothing,
Gentle sunshine.
Shines on your feet.
And ankles the lower legs.
And knees.
Upper legs and the lower abdomen.
Taking time to Enjoy the sunshine as it glows on your belly.
Warming.
And nourishing and energizing.
As the sun continues to shine on the soles of the feet,
The tips of the toes,
Along the length of your legs,
Your belly.
Feeling the sunshine Light up your chest.
Sunshine reaching the tips of your fingers.
The hands.
Wrists.
Sunshine shining on your lower arms.
Elbows.
Upper arms.
And shoulders.
Sunshine energising your body from the tips of the toes.
To the chest.
From the tips of the fingers to the shoulders.
Light moving up.
Your throat and neck Sunshine kissing the jawline and chin.
The lips.
Nose,
Cheeks.
The eyes and the eyebrows and the forehead.
The sun.
So high in the sky now that your whole body is drenched in this energizing,
Gentle sunshine.
The whole body.
The whole body.
Deepening your breath Feeling the chest rise on the inhale.
Soften on the exhale.
And with this energising light,
Cascading across your entire body.
Allow this light to bring movement with it as you wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Maybe stretching the arms overhead.

And the feet pushing away from the torso.
A full body stretch here.
Maybe a yawn.
Or some deep breaths.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes and greeting your day.
