Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying on the floor.

Close your eyes and allow your attention to move inward.

Feel your whole body beginning to soften and relax.

Breathe in fully and exhale with a deep sigh.

Again,

Inhale,

Exhale and let go even more.

Feel the sense of comfort,

Safety and peace begin to wash over you.

Now allow yourself to receive the following intention as I repeat it.

Let your whole body listen to what I say.

I am moving in the direction of my dreams.

I attract what nourishes my mind,

Body and soul.

I am a magnet for an abundance of great and mighty things.

Now during this time,

Trust that whatever issues are in the way of your manifestation will be released spontaneously and effortlessly.

There is no need to make anything happen.

Now sense the sheer tingling lightness of your energy body.

Feel your energy body growing lighter and its presence stronger.

You are safe and secure in the energy body.

You might even allow the energy body to hover just outside your physical body.

Now experience this freedom of the new dimension.

Notice the body completely at peace,

Resting in stillness as just one of the many objects inside of awareness.

Recognize you are not the physical body.

And experience yourself free from the limitations of the body and mind,

Past and future.

Remain deeply established in awareness as you again relax into your physical experience.

Feel the whole body lying in stillness.

Resting here,

Remain unconditionally present and relaxed.

Disentangled from judgment or commentary as you receive the following images.

Observe the various internal responses as if you were watching a movie.

A fearless lion.

A boundless starry night sky.

A full moon.

The number 8.

The sign of infinity.

Now clear the mind and go to that space behind the forehead and just observe what passes.

Witnessing unattached to all that rises.

If nothing appears,

Just be aware of nothing.

Be totally present.

Completely absorbed.

Now allow yourself to receive the following affirmations as I repeat them.

Let your whole body listen to what I say.

I draw nourishment from the gifts already present in my life.

I am free and clear of all boundaries and barriers.

I am automatically attracted to the highest and best for myself.

I allow love to come to me knowing that I am already whole.

Every cell in my body is bathed in radiant healing energy.

I am completely relaxed and at peace in my body,

My mind,

My heart,

And my soul.

Feel these affirmations being recognized and honored at all levels of your being.

No doubt or hesitation.

Simply let it be done.

Let these affirmations become a part of your inner blueprint.

Now slowly feel yourself beginning to rise to the surface of awareness.

Notice the rising and falling of your breath without effort or control on your part.

Slowly begin to come back to awareness of your physical body.

When you feel the impulse,

Begin to move and stretch your body as if awakening from a restful sleep.

Take the impulse if to remain still,

Do so.

Now bring your intention into your awareness once again.

I am moving in the direction of my dreams.

I attract what nourishes my mind,

Body,

And soul.

I am a magnet for an abundance of great and mighty things.

Notice how your attention is automatically and effortlessly held in meditation.

Rest in stillness.
